Amar, our tour guide, was very helpful and caring. He made the tour truly interesting and enjoyable despite the rainy weather. He also drove us safely to our destination and back to the city center. We learned a lot and appreciated how he shared interesting facts about Malaysia and Putrajaya, as well as the other spots we saw along the way. We are very thankful for this experience and highly recommend taking this tour.
The Putrajaya tour was very exciting. The journey was very comfortable. We enjoyed the cruise. It was very good. The entire Putra Square, lake, Pink Mosque, bridges, Prime Ministers Office, cruise, everything was good. We will definitely recommend this tour to our friends and relatives.
Magen was a very good guide. very knowledgeable and gave us ample time when taking pictures. he knows the spot with a good background and would sometimes take photos of us. we had a great time with the whole trip. didn't feel rushed too 😊 thank you for the wonderful experience!
We had an amazing experience with this tour, and our tour guide, Vegan, made it even more special! He was incredibly accommodating and helpful from the start. We were unsure about the pick-up location, but he kindly came to find us so we wouldn't get lost. Throughout the tour, Vegan was informative, friendly, and went above and beyond to assist us. At one point, we didn’t have small cash for a comfort room fee, and he generously lent us 4RM—he even told us not to worry about paying it back! To top it off, we accidentally left something in his car, and he insisted on personally dropping it off at our hotel. That level of service is rare and truly appreciated. We 100% recommend this tour and Vegan as your guide, especially if it’s your first time visiting Malaysia. Thank you for such a memorable and smooth experience!
Great short compact trip. Our tour guide Wan was very informative and educating us on the history of Malaysia. he also helped us take pictures and overall made the trip very smooth, enjoyable and on time. he was also flexible with his drop off locations
The tour guide WAN's English is very standard and not difficult to understand. The pick-up was on time, and the tour guide introduced the local customs and culture of Malaysia to us along the way, which was very interesting and helped us understand Malaysia better besides Putrajaya. After arriving in Putrajaya, the tour guide will introduce important buildings along the way and stop at more beautiful spots for us to take photos. We took the boat at 10 o'clock. The scenery on the boat was very good and we could take a perfect photo with the Pink Mosque. The boat trip takes about 30 minutes. There is free time from 10:30 to 11:30, where you can freely explore the area around Prince Square. Next to it is the Pink Mosque, which is free to visit during opening hours. Tourists can also borrow robes for free. The mosque is very friendly to non-Muslims.
Guide was very knowledgeable and helpful, tour was just the right amount of time where we still had the rest of the day to do what we wanted. The highlight of the day was being able to pray in the Pink mosque which was just so stunning.
guide (cheliyan) English was too good and explain very easy. but if u ask any dout he gave a small attitude. me and my wife both don't like his attitude. if he say wrong when I try to correct it he don't accept and gave worst smile and attitude. rather than that everything good. beautiful city.
