Pre-trip reminders

• Environmental protection for the mountains: To promote environmental protection, the venue discourages the use of plastic tableware. It is recommended to bring your own eco-friendly tableware, reusable cups, and water bottles to jointly protect the mountains.
• Personal hygiene: Toilets do not provide toilet paper, please bring your own.
• Weather preparation: The weather in the mountains is changeable. If the weather forecast is unfavorable, it is recommended to bring rain gear for emergencies. (Convenience level: lightweight raincoat > folding umbrella > long-handled umbrella)
• Warm clothing: The temperature difference in the mountains is large, please prepare warm clothing. Layered dressing (take off when hot, put on when cold) is recommended to avoid catching a cold.
• Course check-in: Visitors who have reserved mind-body-spirit courses, please check in and queue up at the designated "Spiritual Energy Field" 10 minutes before the course. Latecomers will not be waited for, and on-site visitors will be allowed to fill vacancies.
• Transportation and parking: This event has a dedicated parking area. Visitors driving themselves should purchase a parking permit when buying tickets and park according to on-site instructions. The event venue, "Reshadabas Campground," does not provide parking for visitors.
• Shuttle bus information: Friends attending the "2026 Mountain House Festival," whether driving themselves or taking public transportation, must transfer from the "designated shuttle point" to a shuttle bus to the event venue. Please pay attention to official announcements for detailed shuttle point locations and schedules. (To be updated)
• Equipment recommendations: The venue is mostly a natural environment, please wear your dirtiest and most comfortable shoes to play.

Refund and change policy

• The date of refund request is based on the "application date." Tickets cannot be refunded within 15 days (including the 15th day) before the event. A 10% handling fee will be deducted from the ticket price for refunds.
• All related refund and change procedures will be handled in accordance with KLOOK platform regulations.

Ticketing information

• Wristband identification: This event is one ticket per person. Please prepare your e-ticket (QR CODE) for admission. You can enter after exchanging for a wristband at the entrance. After admission, wristband identification will be used. During the event, please wear your wristband at all times. It is strictly forbidden to remove, exchange, or resell it to others. If anyone is found not to have purchased a ticket, holding a non-current day ticket, or not wearing a wristband, they will be required to purchase a new ticket at the original price.
• Admission gift distribution: Holders of valid tickets will receive one limited admission gift. Please exchange and collect it at the "Entrance Check-in Counter." Each ticket is limited to one redemption. Random distribution, no selection of styles. No redemption will be accepted after the event ends. Visitors from the same order must arrive at the same time to exchange for wristbands.
• Pet gift package redemption: The pet gift package included with the pet ticket can be exchanged and collected at the "Entrance Check-in Counter." Each ticket is limited to one redemption. Random distribution, no selection of styles. No redemption will be accepted after the exhibition ends. Visitors from the same order must arrive at the same time to exchange for wristbands.
• Storage instructions: Please take care of your admission wristband. In case of loss, damage, or inability to identify, no replacement will be issued, nor can any certificate be used to request admission or re-issue tickets.
• Official channels: The organizer is not responsible for the authenticity of event tickets purchased through non-KLOOK official channels. The organizer has the right to prohibit any fake ticket holders from entering. Please do not purchase tickets from unknown sources. If fake tickets are found to be sold, the seller will be reported to the police for legal action.

Prohibited items

• Food and drink restrictions: This event prohibits bringing any food or drink (including beverages, alcohol, outside food), except for infant complementary food. If found, you must consume it outside the venue before entering. There are food and drink stalls within the venue.
• No smoking in all areas: Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is prohibited in all areas except designated smoking areas. The organizer has the right to ask those who repeatedly ignore warnings to leave the venue, and no refunds will be given.
• Dangerous items: This event prohibits bringing any kind of firearms, knives, sticks, metal objects, glass containers, firecrackers, fireworks, and other dangerous items.
• Controlled substances: This event strictly prohibits bringing, using, or trading any controlled substances. If found, they will be reported to the police.
• Equipment restrictions: Due to venue restrictions and safety considerations, guests are prohibited from bringing skateboards, scooters, roller skates, bicycles, remote control aircraft (including drones), remote control cars, balance bikes, kites, flagpoles, laser pointers, and other similar items.

Pet regulations

• Only non-aggressive and harmless pets are allowed.
• To maintain venue safety and the rights of others, pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier/pet stroller at all times, except in designated pet-specific areas and occasions.
• Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up pet waste to maintain venue cleanliness.
• Except in designated pet-specific areas and occasions, the organizer reserves the right to determine whether a pet is suitable for admission on-site. If a pet exhibits aggressive behavior, excessive barking that affects the event, or if the owner violates the aforementioned rules, the organizer has the right to ask the owner to remove the pet from the current event area.

Event information

• Responsible drinking: Do not drink if under 18 years old. Do not drink and drive, do not drive after drinking. Excessive drinking causing trouble to others.
• Illegal activities: This event prohibits drug use, excessive drinking, fighting, gambling, damaging others' property, storing contraband, or other illegal activities. Violators will be reported to the police.
• Safety first: This event prohibits throwing objects, climbing over isolation facilities, and any other dangerous behavior. If an accident occurs due to violation of on-site regulations, relevant responsibilities and compensation for losses will be pursued.
• Protect the environment: This event prohibits arbitrarily damaging venue facilities and equipment. Violators will be charged for compensation at the market price.
• Respect privacy: This event prohibits entering other people's stalls, campsites, or private rest areas without permission.
• Accessibility services: This event does not provide wheelchair or stroller rental services, but you can bring your own. Please assess the venue conditions yourself.
• Commercial restrictions: Except for the organizer's official stalls and contracted partners, audience members are not allowed to conduct transactions or distribute any promotional materials within the venue. The organizer may force violators to leave the venue and will not be required to refund tickets.
• Portrait rights usage statement: The ticket purchaser agrees and authorizes the "2026 Mountain House Festival Phgup" event to photograph, use, modify, retouch, and publicly display the purchaser's portrait (including photos and video images, hereinafter referred to as portrait), name, voice, etc., in works photographed at this event. The purchaser agrees that the "2026 Mountain House Festival Phgup" event has full copyright to the aforementioned works (including the aforementioned authorized portrait, name, voice, etc.), and its affiliates, assignees, licensees, and successors may use the purchaser's portrait, name, voice, etc., in all forms of copyrighted carriers and media. The "2026 Mountain House Festival Phgup" may present all or part of the authorized content through various media channels or printing methods, and may publish it publicly without further notice or consent from the purchaser, but must respect the purchaser's personal image when publicly publishing.
• Public safety: If the violation of the organizer's on-site safety regulations is serious and affects public safety, the organizer has the right to refer the matter to the police, and no refund will be required.
• Right to change event: In the event of special circumstances outside the above regulations, the organizer reserves the right to modify, change, interpret, and cancel this event. For unaddressed matters, please refer to the "Mountain House Festival Phgup" IG announcement, without further notice.
• Force majeure: In the event of weather or unforeseen force majeure factors, the organizer reserves the right to adjust, respond to, or terminate the content of this event, change venues, and artists at any time.
• Agreement to regulations: Before purchasing tickets, please understand and agree to the above regulations. If you do not agree, please do not purchase to avoid unnecessary disputes and damages; when performing ticket purchase and refund operations, it will be deemed that you have understood and agreed to abide by all the above matters.
