I bought two boxes as gifts for my family. Using the electronic version meant I didn't have to deliver the vouchers in person. But when they went to redeem the mooncakes, they said a screenshot wasn't acceptable. I contacted Klook, and they told me I needed to send a PDF file with a QR code. My family received the PDF file and even printed it out, but they still said it wasn't acceptable. Finally, I tried forwarding the email to my family, and they were only able to redeem it by opening the email attachment in front of the store clerk. It was incredibly frustrating. I haven't even tasted the mooncakes yet, but no matter how delicious they are, I'll never buy them again! 😤😤
