non profit zoo where candidates cannot be released are cared for.. it’s a lovely place to see some animals up close.

It's a very natural looking and set out animal park, very friendly staff and a nice way to spend a couple of hours. The down side is there are a lot of empty enclosures and not as many animals to see as you would hope

Potoroo Palace Animal Sanctuary is home to animals that are are native to the Merimbula area. Expect to see koalas, kangaroos, emus, ducks who roam the park freely and get a chance to hand feed them!
