Amanda 2D1N Cruise: Ha Long Bay, Sung Sot, Ti Top

We had a great stay on this cruise and felt it offered excellent value for money. The inclusion of four meals was a major plus, and the accommodations were clean and comfortable throughout. Our itinerary was well-organized; we visited Sung Sot Cave, Ti Top Island, and the floating Pearl Factory by tender boat. It was fantastic to have multiple activity choices to suit different paces.The highlight of the service was the Cruise Manager, Tom, who was highly engaging and informative. Though there were minor English language barriers with a few crew members, their warm, helpful, and friendly attitudes more than made up for it. I would definitely recommend this cruise to anyone visiting Halong Bay.

We had an unforgettable experience aboard the Amanda Luxury Cruise. Initially, we booked the standard Amanda Cruise, but to our surprise, we were upgraded to the more luxurious boat, which we only discovered once we arrived at their lounge. Ms. Linh, the organizer, kept us informed via WhatsApp, ensuring our pick-up and drop-off went smoothly, and she handled all our requests with great care. The entire trip was perfectly timed and well-organized. Lee, the cruise manager, was incredibly friendly and attentive. To top it off, they surprised us with a beautiful anniversary setup in our room to celebrate our 19th anniversary. The food was exceptional, and the overall experience was truly a 5/5—a once-in-a-lifetime memory!

I would like to thank the whole crew, from Dan to Hannah to the rest of the staff who took care of us throughout the 2 days. My fam and I had a super great time, from the clarity of the information, room cleanliness, food quality and cocktail happy hours! I was quite satisfied with this trip. From the city pickup, the fact that they didn't wait for someone who was late was a big plus. Dan, the manager on the boat, was great at creating a lively atmosphere, and the food was delicious. Hana's guided tour during the Ha Long Bay excursion was also very professional, and James on the boat provided excellent service, introducing us to many local coffee brands. Overall, there was only one thing to note: the shower water in my room would turn cold halfway through, and I'd have to wait over 10 minutes for it to heat up again. However, I heard no other group members mention this issue.

It was a very satisfying trip. My child and my family thoroughly enjoyed it. It happened to be my child's birthday, and the surprise they arranged gave him a wonderful memory. The trip and the staff (Dan, Chan, James…) were all very nice. I will definitely choose Amanda again next time!

The whole crew was wonderful—the ladies who served the food, James, Jack, Viet, and everyone else. Had a very wonderful experience with Amanda. After my booking I needed a balcony room for which Nr Andy upgraded me to their Hera luxury brand cruise Ocean Suite room with difference payable. We booked our room with pickup to which they upgraded us to a Limousine van. The overall experience was very good. All of the staff at cruise including crew manager Minh were very kind and took care of our food exceptionally well as we are vegetarians. They gave us so much to eat with so many dishes that we couldn't even finish. our room was luxurious with front big balcony and very good view. Mr Andy even took care of booking or cab transfer to airport timely.

overalls were okay, crews were very friendly and helpful, meals buffet was excellent, only dinner's portion was little for big stomach like me😄. anyway the room was clean and spacious, water pressure was good, air conditioning was cool enough. and finally I'm enjoying the trip. thanks.

It was my first solo cruise experience with this cruise. I felt safe and well taken care of. Dan, the cruise manager is very organised and friendly! The crew members are attentive and fun loving too! I love everything about their cruise, from the stay to the food to all the activities they planned. It's a very fulfilling 2 days 1 night trip with Amanda cruise, I would definitely recommend it!
