Food is really good. The chef spent his life making progress.
It was one of the best experiences during my trip to Tokyo. I booked a lunch course through Klook and went there on time, so they guided me to a seat with my name (the subway wasn't close, so I took a taxi). The bar has 10 seats, and the two of us were able to sit at the bar too. I wanted to sit at the bar! However, 8 people except us ate another course with an additional sashimi snack menu, so the menu served was a bit different. (Other courses are on the Sushishin website, but seem to be menus that cannot be reserved through Klook.) The lunch sushi course we booked was a no-nonsense course with a total of 10 pieces of sushi, castella, and soup. It was served for about 1 hour and 30 minutes in total, so it was enough for lunch for us, but those with a large portion may be a bit disappointed because they don't serve sushi or tempura. When we went, there was one staff member who spoke Korean well. It's so delicious, but thank you for letting me know when I didn't know what kind of sushi it was. I haven't eaten omakase in Korea, so I'm not sure about the price comparison or anything like that, but each item was so sincere and wonderful, and the quiet but not burdensome friendly staff unique to this store, as well as the overall business system, etc. I think it was the most healing moment during my busy Tokyo trip because the atmosphere was good. I don't know if writing a detailed review will help the store, but if it wasn't for the Klook platform, I wouldn't have been able to book this place because I can't speak Japanese. Maybe it was a difficult choice for the business to open platform reservations to foreigners. But thanks to you, we had a really good experience. Next time I go to Tokyo again, I want to try the sashimi snack course. I believe that everyone who reads this review will enjoy the atmosphere and culture of this place, and I recommend this place. thank you (Only 6 photos are uploaded, so only 6 are attached.)
There was a person in the store who chatted with the chef. The other people who couldn't speak Japanese were very embarrassed and didn't know that they could order extra things. It was a pity that we wanted to try the extra things in the set meal.
The craftsmanship is superb, and every nigiri sushi has an unexpected texture or taste, which is amazing!
All the staff were friendly and the food was really good. The space was nice too. It was a very good experience.
Great experience. You can order directly through klook. Otherwise, high-end sushi restaurants have to book through restaurants. Watch the professional knife skills of the handsome master while eating, carefully prepare exquisite dishes, and enjoy the sight and taste!
This restaurant is situated at a quiet neighborhood, we have a 12pm booking and we arrived on time. The food was of high quality, i I reserved the 12pcs sushi lunch. The master chef was very nice and professional and every single pcs of sushi seemed like a master piece. He told us the name of each pcs of sushi (in English) as well. We were full at the end.
Very excellent lunch omakase with fresh and well-prepared ingredients, on top of the tranquil environment and all conscientious chefs in the restaurant.
We ate in the room, but it was disappointing that it wasn't dazzi. Still, the friendly Korean staff explained in detail and the food tasted great.
The location is located in a noble residential area. The environment is very quiet and comfortable. Every piece of sushi and sashimi is also delicious. The master prepares it very carefully and is worth trying.
