- Standard Luggage Size: 61cm. Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces
- Pets and large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags cannot be accommodated
- The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

- Any damage or loss on the rental Mask & Snorkel, a penalty of MYR150 per set

- Please DO NOT throw away your Boat Ticket. Every Island Management needs to check upon arrival and returning back to Sutera Harbour Marina Jetty

This tour is so convenient, just show yourself up and they will assist you. The tour is not packed just chill, which I like. You dont need to be in a hurry, they will give you enough time in each island.
This is the first time I used Klook to go to the 3 islands. It was the best with the staff who were so efficient in giving us information. The service was good and satisfactory, the boat was big and the best. Next time if I come to Sabah and go to the islands I will use the service through Klook.
This shared tour boat is good. I think the best island is Manukan because it is biggest with places to swim, also a good restaurant (belong to resort inside). Water is so clear, you can see fish when you swim. Manutik and Sapi is smaller. I dont think I will pay more time on those 2 islands, personaly.
Physical tickets need to be redeemed. Before departure, you'll be added to a group chat where important information will be shared. This island hopping tour includes three islands. The group chat will inform us of the boarding and assembly times. There are a lot of people disembarking, so there were delays in waiting time. The island entry fee can only be paid by card, not cash. You only need to pay the island entry fee once! No matter how many islands you hop to, you only need to pay once! I was charged the island entry fee twice this time. The tour guide helped to assist, and we asked the local contact at the time. They insisted that a refund couldn't be processed, and asked us to contact Klook. This delayed our itinerary, and the experience wasn't great! After all, it wasn't clearly stated that the island entry fee only needed to be paid once! The tour guide and service staff were very friendly and answered all questions. The overall value for money is very good, and I still recommend that travelers purchase this itinerary. The scenery on the three islands is also very beautiful, and they are very close to each other, making it suitable for combining with water activities!
The bestttt, they also provided us breakfast, very recommended, they alert about their passengers from arrival until departure. We are so happy family, so far no problem everything is good, life jacket must wear all the time for safety i like it. Shoooo happy 💕🤩

If you come to sabah you should go to this 3 island..1 day trip so worth it..good experience with family..at the island u can do other activities like snorkeling, jetski, banana boat and seawalking..

If you want nothing fancy, but just a boat ride to the manukan/mamutik/sapi island, this is definitely the cheapest available option you can get! Totally legit, very satisfied with their arrangment (they contacted through whatsapp 1 day before). Went on a Monday, not too many people. Love Sapi the most, more fishes to see there (snarkelling).
