No. 77 China Eastern Plaza Premium Lounge Service at Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG)

It was great! As soon as we cleared immigration, we found D77. The lounge is up one more escalator. We took the kids to relax there first, and then we walked to get our tax refund at D83, which took no more than 5 minutes. After using the lounge, we headed to our gate, which was 69, on the other side. This lounge seems to be in the middle, close to the Duty-Free shopping area at Pudong Airport T2. We were tired from walking, so it was nice to shower and have something warm to eat before heading to our gate, which was less than a 5-minute walk. It was really good, and the food was delicious! The noodle soup was excellent, and they even had Black Label whiskey. There was plenty of seating too!

The lounge was very comfortable and reasonably priced. There was a selection of food, including some hot, freshly prepared dishes, and a bar counter. The staff were all friendly, although they couldn't speak English.

Good service, easy to approach staff, ready to serve. There are private bathrooms for bathing. There are 3 shower rooms, shower cream, shampoo, hair dryer, comb, hand cream, towels, everything is complete. The food is delicious and full of flavor.

This is the VIP lounge of China Eastern Airlines, located on the 2nd floor by the escalator next to Gate 77. It has spacious seats and a wide variety of dishes, including freshly cooked noodles or rice noodles of various flavors, which are delicious. I will come back next time when I transit in Shanghai. It is very comfortable.

First time in an airport lounge. It largely met my expectations; the ability to rest and perhaps shower between flights is fantastic. I'd do it again.

The environment is nice, the food is okay, but the main thing is that it's close to the boarding gate and opens early, which is suitable for travelers departing early in the morning.

A better description on where the lounge is would be very good to have. But it was a nice place to shower, eat, and rest before long trips. The personal was helpful, some more than others. I was definitly worth the money..

I felt it met expectations and was pretty good value for our needs as well. We did eat a bit of dinner in the airport prior as we were unsure what the little buffet items would be which we were glad we did, but we enjoyed the drinks and a few of their bites like desserts. recommend people explore when they arrive because there’s lots of quiet spots to the right hand side of the entrance if people want to relax a little bit more if you want to use the shower, you have to ask the staff at the checkin for a key as I try to ask some of the regular workers but wasn’t able to be understood Using Google Translate. the showers were very clean with fresh towels and amenities and it was good to get fresh and changed before our flight. We booked for two hours but stayed about two hours 45 minutes and because it was quiet, we’re not asked to move on which is appreciated recommend using the lounge as there is limited seating at the gates at Pudong Terminal 2.
