such comfy and cost atmosphere with a very yummy food bar. i was able to have a nice filling noodle meal and get my coffee during my layover

The service is good, but the food is limited by time. After 11:00 PM, there's no food anymore, everything is put away. For night owls, it might not be worth it.
The environment of VIP Lounge 39 at Pudong Airport is excellent, with comfortable seating and delicious food and drinks. It relieved my travel fatigue. I will definitely come again next time I pass through Pudong Airport.

Very basic, nothing really “VIP” about it. Got crowded a few times, people running for seats and not much food and snack options
Probably one of the worst lounges around. Overcrowded,tables are were never been cleaned even if the guest have left, toilets in basic level. On top of that I was informed that no food was served at the time I arrived ,21:00. Snacks and beverages not very tempting at all At the end of the day this lounge does not worth the price paid.
I booked for Hongqiao Airport but it was booked for Pudong Airport, and I requested a cancellation but it wasn't cancelled. Also, the airport setting was booked incorrectly and I thought I was going to miss it. Terrible ㅠㅠ
