• Children and Seniors: Infants and toddlers aged 0–2 are not recommended to participate; if participation is necessary, please notify us by email in advance. The driver reserves the right to refuse boarding if there is no prior notice and insufficient seating. Infants and toddlers must occupy a seat and are priced the same as adults. Seniors aged 65 and above must be in good health and be accompanied by a family member or friend aged 22 or older.
• Health requirements: Individuals with high blood pressure, heart disease, asthma, epilepsy, a fear of heights, and pregnant women are not permitted to register. Those who conceal their health conditions will bear the consequences themselves.
• Group tour rules: The 9-person small group has a fixed route. Please follow the driver-guide's arrangements. A maximum wait time of 5 minutes applies for late arrivals. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or leaving the group midway, and safety is your own responsibility. The group tour does not accept temporary detours or extra stops.
• Chartered vehicle rules: Private chartered vehicles have a maximum usage duration of 10 hours, an overtime fee of 5,000 JPY / hour, and fees are paid to the driver on-site. The itinerary is relatively flexible.
• Luggage cart regulations: Please notify in advance for large luggage, keep valuables with you, only sealed and unopened food and beverages are allowed, eating and smoking are prohibited inside the cart; pets and odorous items are prohibited; a cleaning fee must be paid if the vehicle is soiled.
• Itinerary adjustment: Affected by weather, traffic, and temporary closures of attractions, the order and duration of attractions may be adjusted. The vehicle usage limit is 10 hours. Traffic jams are likely on holidays and weekends, which may lead to delays, reduced attractions, or substituted attractions. Delays can be up to 2–5 hours. Night itineraries are not recommended, and refunds or negative reviews will not be accepted on these grounds.
• Small Group & Private Charter Package Description: 8-person small groups come with an English-speaking guide; private charters support hotel pick-up and drop-off, have only a Japanese-speaking driver, and do not include a tour guide.
• Shopping tip: Drivers or tour guides may recommend local food and specialty products. The entire process is voluntary with no forced consumption.
• Insurance: The itinerary does not include personal accident insurance. Outdoor activities involve risks; please assess and purchase insurance on your own.
• Travel Notice: Travel emails will be sent between 16:00 and 21:00 on the day before departure, please check your spam folder; no refunds or changes are allowed on the day of travel. Please keep your phone accessible. If you still have not received the email by 21:00, please contact customer service. Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
