• Children aged 0-2 are free of charge without a designated seat, but participation is not recommended. If you wish to participate, please notify us by email in advance. If you fail to notify us in advance and there are insufficient seats, the driver has the right to refuse boarding. Thank you for your cooperation. If children under 2 require a separate seat, please purchase a ticket; the fare is the same as the adult fare and a note must be added. For children over 2, the fare is the same as the adult fare. In addition, elderly travelers aged 65 (inclusive) and above must ensure they are in good health and fit for travel, and must be accompanied throughout the trip by a family member or friend aged 22 or older.

1. Passengers with the following conditions or others who are unsuited to withstand excessive stimulation are prohibited from participating in this project: high blood pressure, heart disease, acrophobia, asthma, epilepsy, and pregnancy. If participation is registered by concealing such conditions, the consequences must be borne by oneself.
2. This itinerary is a fixed route for carpooling. Customers participating in this itinerary must strictly adhere to the stay duration at each scenic spot and follow the arrangements of the driver-guide. If you fail to arrive on time, the tour guide will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, you must proceed to the next scenic spot on your own to regroup.
3. No refunds will be issued for anyone who fails to participate in or interrupts the tour due to personal reasons, lateness, etc. Please be advised. If you leave the tour group on your own accord during the trip, no fees will be refunded. Any personal or property safety issues resulting from this will be at your own risk.
4. If you need to bring large luggage, please inform us when making your reservation. During the trip, please keep your passport and valuables with you at all times. You will be responsible for any loss, theft, damage, etc. Sealed light snacks or unopened beverages are allowed, but eating inside the bus is prohibited. Please note that if any stains are caused inside the vehicle, compensation will be required according to local cleaning standards. Thank you for your understanding.
5. Depending on traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowd impact on the day, arrival times for each itinerary may vary, and the order of the itinerary may also be adjusted. According to Japanese regulations, vehicle usage time must not exceed 10 hours. In the event of traffic congestion caused by holidays or force majeure factors, the itinerary may be delayed, canceled, or sightseeing time at attractions shortened / attractions reduced, and your understanding is appreciated. However, refunds or negative reviews may not be requested on these grounds.
6. Vehicle and Tour Guide Arrangements: Vehicles and tour guides will be arranged based on the number of participants. If there are fewer than 12 people, we will use a small vehicle of 14 seats or fewer, equipped with a driver only, and no tour guide service will be provided. If there are more than 12 people, we will arrange one driver and one tour guide. Please be advised. This product is a carpooling service and will be shared with other guests.
7. The tour guide will recommend lunch and local Japanese specialties, including regional cuisine, ice cream, horse oil, and other products. Shopping is not compulsory.
8. Traffic congestion is expected during holidays, weekends, or Japanese holidays, which may cause delays of 2 to 5 hours. It is recommended that you flexibly adjust your nighttime travel arrangements.
9. Day tours do not include personal travel insurance or accidental injury insurance; please purchase them yourself if needed. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports involve specific risks and dangers, so please assess your own health condition or capability. The company assumes no responsibility for any personal injury or harm caused by accidents or unforeseeable factors; your understanding is appreciated.
10. We will send you an email between 16:00 and 21:00 the day before your trip. The content will include: meeting time, license plate number, tour guide, and the guide's social contact information. Please be sure to check your email (it might be in the spam folder!). Do not be late on the day of the trip, as no refunds or changes are allowed on that day! Therefore, you must check your email to add the tour guide! Please keep your mobile phone accessible during the tour so that relevant reception staff can contact you! If you have not received the email by 21:00, please contact our company.
11. For those using LINE, due to regional restrictions on LINE, the tour guide will not be able to add you as a friend directly using your LINE number the day before the trip. Therefore, we will create a LINE group the day before the trip and send the LINE group link to you via email. After receiving the email, please actively click the link to join the LINE group so that the tour guide can communicate with you in a timely manner. Thank you!
12. Small groups of up to 9 people feature a Chinese-speaking driver who also acts as a part-time guide, with self-guided sightseeing throughout. Departure from designated meeting points or hotels is supported for a more flexible itinerary. Due to language service limitations and safety considerations, full in-depth commentary services in English/Chinese/Japanese are not provided. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
