[Tao Ti Green Viber's Camp] Terms and Conditions

Admission Rules

1/All attendees must hold a valid admission ticket in the form of a Klook-generated electronic ticket QR code. Physical tickets will not be issued or replaced.

2/Once online registration is successful, ticket contents (including admission date, session, ticket type, and selected activity details) cannot be changed, cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.

3/To protect your rights, please do not purchase electronic admission tickets from third parties. You may be denied entry, and the organizer reserves the right to cancel such tickets.

4/Each admission ticket admits one person only. Pets are not allowed. Any attendee found with a pet will be asked to leave the venue with the pet.

5/Each admission ticket allows single-entry access only (no re-entry).

6/Children aged 3 or under enjoy free admission. Children aged 8 or under must purchase a child ticket for admission.

7/Performance programs and daily event schedules are subject to change without prior notice.

8/The organizer reserves the right to refuse to or expel any ticket-holder who fails to comply with event rules.

9/All arrangements for event content are subject to the latest announcements on the official event website.

10/The Company reserves the right of final decision.

11/Any updates or modifications to these terms will be updated on the website at any time without prior notice.

12/Tickets are for admission only. All ticket types include a designated quantity of Green Tokens, which can be used to redeem food and participate in workshops.

13/Participants may purchase additional Green Tokens on-site during the event (HK$20 each). Payments are accepted via Octopus, AlipayHK, WeChat Pay, and VISA/Mastercard only.

Event Arrangements and Rules

1/Participants aged 8 or under must be accompanied by an adult and may join the selected “Green Workshop” or “Green Cooking” together with the accompanying adult.

2/Fees paid are non-refundable regardless of attendance.

3/Participants can use their Green Tokens to redeem designated food items and/or workshop participation slots. All quotas are limited, available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last. In addition, participants can join activities marked as free on-site an unlimited number of times.

4/When purchasing tickets via Klook, if you choose to pre-add a “Green Workshop” or “Green Cooking” you must select the specific item at the time of booking. Changes on-site will not be accepted once selected.

5/“Green Workshop” or “Green Cooking” will start on time. Participants are requested to arrive 5 minutes early; latecomers will be accommodated based on on-site availability.

6/Please comply with all event rules and regulations, including check-in times and activity workflows. If you have any questions, please consult the on-site staff.

7/"Green Field Music" is unreserved seating. All audience viewing areas have limited capacity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

8/The organizer has purchased public liability insurance, which does not cover personal accident protection. For personal safety, participants should purchase their own personal accident insurance and any other suitable insurance as needed.

9/Participants understand and agree that participation in the event is voluntary. Participants willingly assume all risks and responsibilities and have no right to claim compensation or hold the Company and event planners liable for any personal injury, accident, death, or loss of any kind arising from traveling to and from the venue, during the event, or due to other causes.

10/The Company reserves all rights to organize, modify, and cancel event details.

Venue Guidelines

1/Respect Others: Please respect other participants, staff, and event facilities. Any form of discrimination, bullying, or discourteous behavior is strictly prohibited.

2/Keep It Clean: Please maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the venue. Properly dispose of waste, and do not litter or damage public facilities.

3/Follow Instructions: Please follow the instructions and regulations of the staff. In case of any emergency or need for assistance, please seek help from staff immediately.

4/Safety First: Please look out for your own and others' safety. When using event facilities, follow safety rules and precautions to avoid accidents.

5/No Dangerous Items: Bringing any dangerous items into the venue, including weapons or inflammable items, is strictly prohibited. Violators will be reported to the police immediately.

6/No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the venue to maintain clean air and protect the health of others.

7/Protect the Environment: Please cherish the environment and do not damage trees, flowers, or other natural resources. Do not randomly pick or damage plants within the venue.

8/No Pet: Bringing pets into the venue is prohibited.

Transportation Arrangements

1/The organizer will arrange shuttle buses to transport participants between Fanling MTR Station and the campsite (Autocamper Hung Fa Kiu). Participants are advised to head to Fanling MTR Station and transfer to the organizer's shuttle bus to the campsite. Shuttles run approximately every 20 minutes from 10:30 AM to 5:45 PM during event hours.

2/The organizer may arrange shuttle buses at other designated locations to transport participants to and from the venue. Details will be announced later. Please stay tuned for updates on the official event website and Facebook page (@ Green Holidays).

3/Parking spaces are available at the campsite and must be booked in advance via Klook. Spaces are limited, first-come, first-served, while stocks last.

Event Postponement, Cancellation, and Refunds

1/The organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event under the following circumstances:

• Severe weather conditions;
• Landslides, mudflows, or hill fires;
• Protests, demonstrations, or blocked/obstructed event routes;
• Hong Kong SAR Government policies implemented due to COVID-19;
• Force majeure, defined as events beyond the organizer's control that make holding the event impossible, unsafe, or impractical. Force majeure events include, but are not limited to, acts of God, war, hostilities, invasion, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, riots, civil commotion, strikes, slowdowns, lockouts or civil unrest, disease outbreaks, terrorist acts, and threats.

2/If the event is forced to cancel due to circumstances beyond the organizer's control or force majeure by 11:59 PM on the day before the event (i.e., November 13, 2026), the event will be postponed, and no refunds will be issued.

3/If the event is forced to cancel between November 14 and 15, 2026, due to circumstances beyond the organizer's control or force majeure, the organizer will announce the arrangements within 24 hours on the official event website and Facebook page (@Green Holidays).

4/Any temporary changes or cancellations regarding the event will be subject to announcements published on the event website.

5/The organizer reserves the right to make temporary changes or cancel the event.

Severe Weather Arrangements

1/If the Hong Kong Observatory issues Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above, or a Red or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, at or after 11:59 PM on the day before the event (i.e., November 13, 2026), the event will be cancelled and postponed.

2/If the weather deteriorates during the event (November 14 to 15, 2026) or the Observatory issues any of the aforementioned warning signals, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the event immediately. Please follow the instructions of the on-site staff.
