Merry Balloon Park Regulations

• Tickets are strictly non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable under any circumstances.
• Toddlers under 80cm enter the market for free (excludes bounce area and game tokens) and must be accompanied by a paying adult (aged 18+)
• Total stay is limited to 2 hours per session. Staff will not provide individual time reminders; please manage your time and exit promptly upon clear-out announcements.
• No luggage storage available. Oversized bags (>55x35x20cm), strollers, tripods are strictly prohibited
• In the event of bad weather (such as Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above, Red or Black Rainstorm Warnings), the activity will be temporarily closed and no refunds will be issued. Customers can arrange to reschedule via the Klook app

Giant Bounce Rules

• One ticket per person, Children (height below 120cm) must be accompanied by a paying adult (aged 18+) when entering the event
• Children under aged 12 must wear non-slip grip socks with rubber dots at all times (bring your own or buy on-site, subject to availability)
• No jumping from heights, somersaults, or backflips. Use slides feet-first in a lying position. Head-first or tandem/lap sliding is strictly prohibited
• Shared shoe racks are provided. Please do not leave valuables inside your shoes; the Organizer assumes no liability for any loss

Bounce Session Types

Please select the most suitable session ticket upon booking:

• Children 80cm or below receive 2 free game tokens (total value $20) with the purchase of any “Giant Bounce+Market” package
• Children (height below 120cm) must be accompanied by a paying adult (aged 18+) when entering the event

JUNIOR SESSION ｜ GIANT BOUNCE (50 MINS) + MARKET ADMISSION (120 MINS)

• 50 minutes at the bounce area first, then 120minutes at the market
• Available at 10:00am session

DAY SESSION ｜ GIANT BOUNCE (50 MINS) + MARKET ADMISSION (120 MINS)

• 50 minutes at the bounce area first, then 120minutes at the market
• Available at 11:00am – 5:00pm sessions

NIGHT SESSION ｜ 120 MINS UNLIMITED GIANT BOUNCE + MARKET ADMISSION

• 120 mins with unlimited access to move between the bounce area and the market
• Available at 10:00am session
