• Vehicle & Travel: No smoking inside the vehicle. Winding mountain roads may cause motion sickness. A cleaning fee (10,000–30,000 JPY) applies if the vehicle is soiled.

• Onsen & Tattoos: Tattoos are generally prohibited in hot springs. Please inform us in advance if you have tattoos.

• Cancellations & Safety: If canceled due to not reaching the minimum group size, a full refund or alternative date will be offered. No refunds are provided for tours interrupted by natural disasters or emergency situations.
