• If you are traveling companions who booked separately, please provide your companion's order number in the remarks when placing your order, and the supplier will do their best to coordinate seating on the same vehicle. Due to the busy nature of the assembly site, temporary bus changes will not be accepted.
• According to Taiwan's laws and regulations, infants and toddlers aged 0-4 or weighing less than 18 kg are required to use a child safety seat, which is subject to an additional fee of TWD 300 per seat. Please indicate the required quantity when booking so we can prepare in advance. The vehicle interior can also accommodate strollers. (Infants must be counted as passengers.) • The supplier will send detailed itinerary instructions and vehicle information via email by 18:00 the day before departure. Please note that emails may sometimes be misclassified as spam.
• Please help maintain the cleanliness inside the vehicle during your trip. If severe soiling or equipment damage occurs accidentally, the driver will charge a fee based on the actual cleaning and repair needs. Please pay the driver directly at that time. Thank you for your understanding.
• If itinerary attractions (including mountain trails, hot spring facilities, and tea ceremony sessions) encounter weather conditions, maintenance, or operational adjustments, they will be moderately changed based on on-site conditions; actual stay durations and order are subject to the arrangement of the tour guide on that day.

What to bring

• This itinerary includes walking on outdoor trails, and it is recommended to wear lightweight, comfortable, and easy-to-walk-in sneakers.
• When experiencing the hot spring SPA, please be sure to bring your own swimsuit, swimming cap, and towel. Slippers can be brought as needed.
