• Participating tourists must consider their alcohol tolerance and condition. If anyone causes poor hygiene in the transportation vehicle due to inappropriate behavior while intoxicated during the trip, an additional cleaning fee of NT$5,000 will be charged.
• Beverages are only available to adult participating travelers.
• According to Taiwanese law, children aged 0-4 or under 18 kg must use a child safety seat, with an additional charge of TWD 300 per seat. Please specify the required quantity when booking so that preparations can be made in advance. The vehicle also has space for strollers. (If traveling by bus on the day, no additional fees are required.)
• The private group transfer service covers the Greater Taipei area: Taipei City (excluding Yangmingshan) and New Taipei City (Sanchong District, Luzhou District, Banqiao District, Xinzhuang District). An additional TWD 1,000 will be charged for other areas in Taipei; an additional TWD 2,000 for Taoyuan area (near the airport).
• The supplier will send detailed itinerary instructions and vehicle information via email before 18:00 on the day prior to departure. Please note that emails may sometimes be mistakenly classified as spam.
• Please help maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle interior during your trip. If the vehicle is severely soiled or equipment is damaged, the driver will charge a fee based on the actual cleaning and repair needs. Please pay the driver directly at that time. Thank you for your understanding.

Prohibitions & Limitations

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• The legal drinking age in Taiwan is age 18. Please bring a valid ID for proof of age

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Usage validity
