The experience was very satisfying. On the first day, due to weather issues, our itinerary was canceled, but the staff were very professional and immediately arranged an alternative for the next day.
It's worth it, because the weather was good so the scenery was amazing, it was a great experience.
Orginally booked for 45mins but had to change to 25mins due to weather condition. thankfully there was still a snow landing and the family enjoyed it. Staff was professional and friendly.

The service staff and front desk were friendly, and the directions were clear. If you're not good on your feet, I highly recommend taking a helicopter to see the magnificent glaciers!
