Attraction information

• Maple leaves: Maple leaf conditions are subject to seasonal and weather changes. Please refer to the actual on-site conditions. If the expected effect is not met, no refunds will be issued.
• Jozankei Toyohira Gorge Electric Bus reference fares: Regular period: September 1st to 30th: Adults 1,000 yen (ages 13 and older), Elementary school students 500 yen (ages 6 to 12). Peak period: October 1st to 31st: Adults 1,200 yen (ages 13 and older), Elementary school students 600 yen (ages 6 to 12).
• Admission fee for the Great Buddha Hall is at your own expense: 1000 yen per person, cash only.
• If you visit the Shiroi Koibito Park production line or experience making cookies, you need to purchase an admission ticket. The ticket fee is at your own expense (800 yen for adults, 400 yen for children, and purchasing a ticket also includes a complimentary original Shiroi Koibito cookie).

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
