Reviews
Experiencing downhill skiing at Teine Ski Resort in Hokkaido was a thrilling and unforgettable first-time experience. The ski resort is large-scale with soft, fine snow, so even beginners won't get hurt too much if they fall, which makes them more willing to try. The instructor explained everything clearly, guiding us step-by-step from putting on equipment and standing up to turning and braking, making the learning process much more reassuring. At first, I kept falling and my whole body was tense, but as I gradually got the hang of my balance and was able to ski smoothly, I felt a real sense of accomplishment. Riding the gondola uphill allowed me to enjoy the vast snowscape and distant mountain views along the way, which relaxed me. Overall, Teine Ski Resort is perfect for beginners and travelers who want to challenge themselves, making it the most exciting and unforgettable stop on my Hokkaido trip.
The coach explained the precautions and equipment wearing and taking off in detail. The cooperating ski shop was also very professional and had a good service attitude. They would help with wearing snow clothes. The coach also explained the money carefully. The key point is that you don’t have to worry about not understanding Chinese. The teaching process was also very patient. It is a good choice for beginners to get involved in skiing.
This is a beginner course suitable for those with no skiing experience. I originally wanted to learn double skis, but because there were no places available, I had to choose single skis. You will depart at the meeting time and location on the day. There will be a special car to pick you up. The car will first go to the changing place to pick up clothes and shoes. The size of clothes and shoes will be selected in advance by the coaches according to the height and weight on the order. If they don't fit, you can change them. After getting the equipment, we headed to the ski resort. We started learning after arriving at the ski resort. There was one coach for eight students that day. There was a 1-1.5 hour break and meal at noon. The coach would complete the progress according to the learning situation. The coach was very patient and would return to the original place after the course. Special car will take you back to the meeting point. Apart from bringing your own gloves and woolen hat, you don't need to prepare anything else. Transportation is also included, so you don't have to worry about driving in the snow. Basically, I highly recommend the entire experience. It just depends on whether the price meets your personal needs. I would also like to thank Coach Xiao Lai for his careful instruction that day.
It was a superb experience with Sapporo Teine Ski Resort. The guide was very patient and friendly. They also took a lot of photo of me and my gf.
Safety: Great. Experience: Excellent. Ski equipment: Great, the staff will provide careful guidance. Scenery: The ski resort is fantastic.
Very patient coach, serious and professional, teaching is not sloppy at all, highly recommended for those who want to experience skiing, cost-effective
1. Regarding the meeting point: The bus station was under construction in February, which made it difficult to find after exiting JR. Luckily, we left early. Because we didn't have LINE, we couldn't contact anyone and had to wander around to find it. 2. Regarding equipment: Protective gear is available for rent on-site, including helmets, complete ski suits, ski boots, and snowboards. They will also help guide you with the boots. 3. Regarding safety: After arriving, the morning session will be divided into two groups of 16 people with two instructors, and the afternoon session will be one instructor for 8 people. Don't panic if you fall; the more you rush, the harder it is to get up. The instructor will assist you. 4. After all, it's just a trial lesson, so don't expect to learn a lot in one day. Lunch is at your own expense. 5. Summary: The beginner's lesson is a good value for money (there's also a photographer to help take pictures).
The teacher is very helpful to teach me learn the snow board
Good ski experience and instructor was good. Ski lesson and package was conducted in Mandarin Chinese, so basic understanding is required. Else, a wonderful experience and the instructor was patient and amazing. Definitely recommended for beginners. Safe and nice place to ski.
It is a great experience for people with zero skiing experience. This time I chose double skis. The instructor taught carefully. In the morning, I mainly taught and practiced on the surface, and in the afternoon I went to practice on the small slope. It is a pity that there are two instructors. For 8 students, there will be more time to wait for others to practice, but at this price, the CP value is high, and the coaches are also very attentive and professional.
