• Children aged 0-2 are free of charge and do not occupy a seat, but participation is not recommended. If you wish to participate, please notify us via email in advance. If there is no prior notification and there are insufficient seats, the driver has the right to refuse boarding. Thank you for your cooperation. If children under 2 need to occupy a seat, please purchase a ticket; the ticket price is the same as for adults and requires a remark. Children over 2 are charged the same as adults. In addition, seniors aged 65 (inclusive) and above must ensure they are in good health suitable for travel and must be accompanied throughout the trip by a family member or friend aged 22 or older.

1. Passengers with the following conditions or others unsuitable for excessive stimulation are prohibited from participating in this activity: high blood pressure, heart disease, acrophobia, asthma, epilepsy, pregnant women. If you conceal your condition and register, you will be solely responsible for the consequences.
2. This itinerary is a fixed car-pooling route. Customers participating in this trip must strictly adhere to the stay duration at each attraction and follow the arrangements of the driver-guide. If you do not arrive on time, the guide will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, you will need to proceed to the next attraction on your own to regroup.
3. Please note that no fees will be refunded to those who do not participate in or interrupt the itinerary due to personal reasons, lateness, etc. If you leave the group on your own during the itinerary, no fees will be refunded. If this leads to personal or property safety issues, you will be solely responsible for the consequences.
4. If you need to carry large luggage, please inform us when making your reservation. During the trip, please keep your passport and valuables with you. You will be solely responsible for any loss, theft, or damage. Sealed light snacks or unopened beverages are permitted, but eating is prohibited inside the bus. Please note that if the interior of the vehicle is stained, compensation will be required according to local cleaning standards. Thank you for your understanding.
5. Due to traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowd flow on the day, the arrival times for each itinerary may vary, and the order of the itinerary may also be adjusted. According to Japanese regulations, the vehicle usage time must not exceed 10 hours. In case of traffic congestion caused by holidays or force majeure, the itinerary may be delayed, canceled, or the sightseeing time shortened/attractions reduced. We ask for your understanding. However, this cannot be used as a reason to request a refund or leave a negative review.
6. Traffic congestion is expected during holidays, weekends, or Japanese public holidays, which may cause delays of 2 to 5 hours. It is recommended that you flexibly adjust your nighttime itinerary.
7. Day tour itineraries do not include personal travel insurance or accidental injury insurance; please purchase them yourself if needed. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports involve specific risks and dangers; please assess your own health condition or capability. The company assumes no responsibility for any personal injury or harm caused by accidents or unforeseeable factors, and your understanding is appreciated.
8. We will send you an email between 16:00 and 21:00 on the day before your trip. Please be sure to check your inbox (it might be in the spam folder!). Please do not be late on the day of the trip, and no refunds or changes are allowed on the day of the trip!
9. For those using LINE, due to regional restrictions of LINE, we are unable to directly add you as a friend via your LINE number the day before the trip. After receiving the email, please actively scan the LINE QR code to add us for communication and contact, thank you!
10. Tsukizakari Road admission tickets: on-site tickets are 1,500 yen per person, and advance reservation tickets are 2,000 yen. Guests who purchase the package [excluding Tsukizakari Road tickets] must purchase their tickets on-site themselves. There is no guarantee that tickets will still be available on-site, and there is a risk of sell-out preventing entry; please be aware of this.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)

• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
