• Infants and toddlers aged 0-2 years are not recommended to participate. If participation is necessary, please inform us by email in advance. In cases where there is no prior notification and insufficient space, the driver reserves the right to refuse carriage. Infants and toddlers will be counted as passengers and charged the same price as adults. Please make a note when placing your order. Additionally, seniors aged 65 (inclusive) and above must ensure they are in good health suitable for travel and be accompanied throughout the trip by a family member or friend aged 22 or older.

1. Passengers with the following conditions or others unsuitable for excessive stimulation are prohibited from participating in this activity: high blood pressure, heart disease, acrophobia, asthma, epilepsy, pregnant women. If you conceal your condition and register, you will be solely responsible for the consequences.
2. This itinerary is a fixed shared-ride route. Customers participating in this itinerary must adhere to the designated停留时间 (stay times) at each attraction and follow the arrangements made by the driver-guide. If you do not arrive on time, there will be a maximum waiting period of 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, you will need to make your own way to the next attraction for collection.
3. Please note that no fees will be refunded to those who do not participate in or interrupt the itinerary due to personal reasons, lateness, etc. If you leave the group on your own during the itinerary, no fees will be refunded. If this leads to personal or property safety issues, you will be solely responsible for the consequences.
4. If you need to carry large luggage, please inform us when making your reservation. During the trip, please keep your passport and valuables with you. You will be solely responsible for any loss, theft, or damage. Sealed light snacks or unopened beverages are permitted, but eating is prohibited inside the bus. Please note that if the interior of the vehicle is stained, compensation will be required according to local cleaning standards. Thank you for your understanding.
5. Due to traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowd flow on the day, the arrival times for each itinerary may vary, and the order of the itinerary may also be adjusted. According to Japanese regulations, the vehicle usage time must not exceed 10 hours. In case of traffic congestion caused by holidays or force majeure, the itinerary may be delayed, canceled, or the sightseeing time shortened/attractions reduced. We ask for your understanding. However, this cannot be used as a reason to request a refund or leave a negative review.
6. The driver will recommend lunch and local Japanese specialties, including local characteristic catering, ice cream, horse oil and other products. There is no mandatory consumption.
7. Traffic congestion is expected on holidays, weekends, or Japanese holidays, which may cause delays of 2 to 5 hours. It is recommended that you flexibly adjust your evening itinerary.
8. The daytime tour itinerary does not include personal travel insurance or accidental injury insurance; please purchase these yourself if needed. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports involve specific risks and dangers; please assess your own health condition and abilities. Our company assumes no responsibility for any personal damage or injury caused by accidents or unforeseen factors, and we ask for your understanding.
9. We will send you travel information via email between 15:00-19:00 on the day before your trip. Please check your inbox! Sometimes emails may be mistakenly classified as spam, so please check your spam folder. Thank you.
10. Friends who use LINE, due to LINE's regional restrictions, we are unable to add you as a friend directly via your LINE number the day before your trip. Therefore, after receiving this email, please actively scan the LINE QR code to add us so that we can contact you. Thank you.
11. Gekko-ji Temple tickets: 1,500 JPY per person for on-site tickets, 2,000 JPY for advance reservation tickets. Guests who purchase the [Gekko-ji Temple Ticket Not Included] package must purchase tickets on-site themselves. We cannot guarantee that tickets will be available on-site, and there is a risk of tickets selling out and being unable to enter. Please be aware of this.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
