- An adult (aged 18 and above) must be present for the admission of any Participant below the age of 7 years old.
- Adults age over 18 years old must enter with at least 1 child
- Anti-slip socks are compulsory for all guests. Not included in purchase
- The operator reserves the right to impose clean-up and sanitization charges for incidents such as vomiting, spillage, urine and leaks
- A wrist band will be issued upon entry and the entry timing will be indicated on the wrist band. You can track your play time using the entry timing
- A 10-minute grace period will be given to guests to exit the venue. An additional charge of THB 50 will be charged at the counter if the stipulated timing exceeded 10 minutes but not over 30 minute
- An additional charge of 1 hour price will be charged at the counter if the stipulated timing exceeded 30 minutes but not over 60 minutes
