Buying a Bangkok BTS travel card directly from Klook is super convenient! It saves you the hassle of queuing to buy tickets. Otherwise, the Bangkok subway is really crowded. Using a travel card to enter the station directly is super convenient, and you can also add value directly to the machine, saving you a lot of trouble.

The Rabbit Card, similar to Hong Kong's Octopus card, allows you to ride the BTS. It's very convenient. You can purchase it through Klook near Gate 1 on the 2nd floor. It's a convenient and discounted option, highly recommended.

This is very useful in my travels in Bangkok. This is my 4th time in Bangkok, but 1st time to maximize use of Rabbit card and utilize the BTS more than Grab bookings. Although reload is a bit of challenge for this, but over all I like the design as well with the Giant Swing and Tuktuk.

The Klook counter is located on the right-hand side after exiting the Arrival Hall at Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi Airport, all the way at the end. You can use one card to top up your BTS card, with top-up amounts starting from 100 Baht each time, which is very convenient for travel. If you only visit Thailand occasionally, it's recommended to buy a one-day pass. For this trip, I used the BTS very frequently, so buying a one-day pass was more cost-effective.

Returned to Bangkok this time with wider family and bought this Rabbit BTS ticket for all of them. Easy to find counter and collect at airport, staff there were helpful and instructions were clear, registration and top up at any of the BTS station manned counters was easy and quick. Sugggestions for improvement: expand to all other BTS lines and not jus tthe touristy lines, please. Make top up available at the electronic machines at the BTS stations. Thanks!

I availed the Bangkok BTS Skytrain Rabbit Card through Klook and the whole process was very straightforward. You just have to claim the card at the Klook counter at the basement of the airport, and it already comes pre-loaded with THB100 that you can use right away. I really appreciated the convenience it gives when riding the trains, very much like the Beep cards we have in Manila. It made commuting around Bangkok faster and hassle-free. Definitely worth getting, especially if you plan to use the BTS often.

So convenient to collect (directions shown by Klook are accurate and up to date). So easy to use and top up (at the station). I collected from Suvarnabhumi Airport so do note that you need to go to BTS station counter to register and activate it (tag card to your passport) in order to do the first top up (notwithstanding the initial THB100) and use it.
