Upon ticket validation, participants receive proof of participation (Cosplayers: Tote bag / Photographers: Wristband) to wear visibly at all times.

＜On Event Day＞Changing: Change ONLY in designated rooms inside the venue. Arriving/leaving in cosplay is prohibited. Use rooms matching your official ID gender.Reception: Present tickets at reception first. Cosplayers proceed to changing rooms after check-in; photographers register before joining. Bring items in suitcases.Outfit Rules: Strictly follow exposure rules; staff will intervene if excessive.

＜During Event＞The festival is in public spaces. Respect characters and avoid disrupting others.Touch-ups: Allowed ONLY in changing rooms (prohibited in restrooms/stores).Manners: Public area rules apply. Street drinking and intoxication are prohibited.Cloakroom: Store large luggage near changing rooms. Keep claim tags and valuables on you.Photography: Ask permission before photographing cosplayers or posting to SNS. Unauthorized photos are prohibited.Commercial Use: Personal, non-commercial use only.Restricted Areas: Check map/website for areas prohibiting cosplay entry.Troubles/Emergencies: Resolve disputes among yourselves. Follow staff instructions during emergencies.

＜After Event＞Change into everyday clothes before changing rooms close. Removing cosplay makeup or wearing a mask when leaving is recommended.

＜Prohibited Items＞Weapons/Blades: Real knives, swords.Firearms: Model guns loaded or capable of firing.Hazardous/Illegal: Explosives, toxic materials, illegal/stolen items.Dangerous Objects: Sharp metal spikes or decorations.Equipment: Stepladders, large gear blocking walkways, large non-handheld reflectors.Others: Flags, venue-damaging items (e.g., wet fake blood), items violating public order, items for crime.
