Other Reminders

• Do not approach dangerous places: Areas with icicles are riverbeds. Crossing rivers or throwing stones at ice is extremely dangerous, so please refrain from doing so. Due to steep slopes and frozen areas, if you are with children, please always hold their hands.
• The Misotsuchi Icicles may be closed even during the open period due to changes in weather, temperature, etc. Please apply after understanding this. The approach road to the icicle site has been cleared of snow, but the area where the Misotsuchi Icicles are located is a riverbed with low temperatures and rocks, making it very slippery. Please prepare adequately (clothing and shoes) and walk carefully, paying attention to your footing. Absolutely refrain from dangerous acts such as crossing the river or throwing stones.

• Smelly food (e.g. durian) is not allowed in the facility

What to bring

• The riverbanks and promenades around the venue are frozen and very slippery. Sneakers and high-heeled shoes are dangerous. The surrounding temperature is very low, especially below freezing during the night illumination. Please take thorough precautions against the cold with gloves, scarves, and thick coats. During the night illumination, it can be dark underfoot, and there are places without streetlights. It is reassuring to have a light to illuminate your feet.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)

• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
• Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
