- 【About Late Refunds】Since the one-day tour is a shared car service, if you are late at the meeting point or attraction, the supplier will not wait and no refund will be given.

- 【Regarding personal belongings】Please take good care of your personal belongings and try not to carry valuable items. If they are lost or damaged during the trip, you will be responsible for the loss yourself.
- 【Regarding Bus Riding Regulations】Eating strong-smelling food and ice cream products is prohibited inside the bus. If personal actions cause damage to the interior equipment or defacement of the vehicle, compensation must be paid according to the actual repair or cleaning costs incurred by the bus company.
- 【Regarding infants under three years old】They can participate for free, but customer service must be informed in advance and a note completed. - 【Regarding Travel Date】Please be sure to use the relevant services according to the date shown on the order. If you do not travel on the order date, and arbitrarily change the travel date and request to use the service, the merchant has the right to charge an additional 100% of the fee (i.e., the full order amount) on-site, or refuse to provide the service. Cancellation policy

- No refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
- Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
- The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 6 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
