• Tuna auction times are fixed; market operations may change. Auctions are not held on Wednesdays, Sundays, and Japanese public holidays (for details, please check the market website).
• Vegetarian, halal, or gluten-free diets cannot be accommodated. The menu is adjusted based on daily ingredient availability and restaurant operating hours. Some food tastings have age restrictions; please inquire in advance.
• Important reminder: Please contact your tour guide in advance for travel advice (early morning subways/buses may not be operating). Recommended hotels: Toyosu, Tsukiji, or Ginza areas.
• The tuna auction viewing lottery is an optional service. To be eligible to participate in the first-floor lottery, please complete your itinerary booking before the 5th of the previous month. Lottery services are not available in December; all visitors will watch from the public viewing platform on the 2nd floor, with a personalized audio guide provided to ensure a high-quality explanation. (Note: We can assist you in participating in the VIP close-up viewing lottery for the tuna auction, but the lottery is random and spots are limited; 100% selection cannot be guaranteed.) If you win the opportunity to view from the first floor, please bring your passport or identification document.
