- The tour requires a minimum of 10 participants to operate. In the event that the minimum number is not met, the tour may be canceled, and you will be notified at least 14 days prior to the departure date.

- Autumn leaves are a natural phenomenon. Depending on the weather and the date of your tour, the foliage may be in its early stages or past its peak. Please note that refunds will not be provided based on foliage conditions. Thank you for your understanding.
- Please wear comfortable clothing and suitable walking shoes for outdoor paths.
- Please note that this tour is not wheelchair or stroller accessible due to the nature of the walking paths.
- Joining the tour midway or leaving the tour group early (individual dismissal before the tour ends) is not permitted.
- We cannot accommodate or store large luggage (such as large suitcases) on the bus. Please arrange to store them before the tour.
- The tour will operate in the rain. However, in the event of severe weather warnings or extreme conditions, the tour may be canceled. If the tour is canceled by the operator due to severe weather, a full refund will be issued.
