• As the annual snowfall may vary, the viewing experience at some attractions might be affected. We ask for your understanding.
• Please note that due to the bus parking lot at Shiroi Koibito Park being restricted to entry before 18:00, we will not visit Shiroi Koibito Park if time does not permit.
• Snow Park does not include insurance. Please be sure to pay attention to safety when playing in Snow Park. It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance or accidental injury insurance before departure.
• Guests who choose Otaru Aquarium will need to pay an additional aquarium admission fee: 1800 JPY for adults (16 years and older), 700 JPY for children (6-15 years old), and 350 JPY for infants (3-5 years old).
• When large taxis or minibuses are operating, the sightseeing driver will provide you with an introduction, not a tour guide. Chinese/Japanese/simple English will be available at that time. We appreciate your understanding.
• Sometimes, due to public holidays or restricted visiting hours at various facilities, we may arrive at the next attraction earlier or end the tour early. We appreciate your understanding.
• This itinerary is for reference only. The actual situation may be adjusted due to traffic conditions, the number of participants, or other force majeure factors on the day. We appreciate your understanding.
• If Shiroi Koibito Park is closed due to year-end and New Year holidays, regular maintenance, or other reasons, this itinerary will not include a visit to the park. The visiting time for other attractions will be extended accordingly. The specific arrangements will be based on the actual operating conditions on the day. We appreciate your understanding.
• Otaru Aquarium will be closed from February 24, 2027, to March 13, 2027. During this period, visits will be limited to Otaru Shopping Street only. Please be aware.
