Hokkaido Bibai Snow Land Day Trip | Departure from Sapporo

We will never forget our guide, MIWAsan! She's the BEST! From pick-up to drop-off, she took care of us! We had the best whole day experience at Bibai Alpen Snowland! We wanted snow & we got every bit of it - more than a foot of fresh powdery snow & a mild snow storm made our day very memorable! Miwasan also offered to take our photos & gave us a taste of her favorite cookies on our way home! But the best of all - when we left the bus after the drop-off, we realized that my son left under his seat his favorite Harry Potter Beanie we got from New York City! We hurried back but the bus left. We only chanced upon Miwasan. We told her what happened and we left unhopeful. The following day, klook app messaged and advised that they have the beanie and arranged for the handover! My son was very happy as it was his 12th birthday! Shout out to Ms. Jessica too for handing over the beanie! Thank you so much Miwasan! We will never forget you & your Country Ma'am Chocolate Chip Cookies!

This was a great snow activity. Jessica was very thorough with the instructions! The Snowmobile experience is a must, specifically the 10km Ride! We had a great time, and the punctuality made things smoother! Fully recommended to book if you want to enjoy the snow!

The pick up location was easy to find at the hotel lobby met by the guide. The drive was smooth and the scenery was awesome. The whole place was less crowded but waiting time for more popular rides was longer and the tube sled was too short as opposed to others we’ve been to.

We had a great time at Bibai snowland. our daughter has limited mobility but we were still able to enjoy the activities. The pick up, transfer and drop off went smoothly as well.

The Bibai half-day tour was the most enjoyable part of my trip to Hokkaido. Playing in the snow was fun and the scenery was artistic. I also purchased and rode ATVs. You can take pictures freely in Bibai without having to wait in line to take pictures of the Biei Christmas tree. The snow is fluffy and deep, so the whole family enjoyed it very much. The guide was also kind and friendly ^^

Our trip to BIBAI was great and wonderful! Though the weather was initially bad due to heavy snowfall, our tour guide "Jessica" was very considerate, kind and thoughtful. She would always check on us if we need any help and proactively share what would be helpful to us and the other tourists. Will book this again next time! highly recommended 💯☺️

The tour guides were friendly and helpful, communicating well in both English and Chinese. The package was very convenient as it included admission fees as well as pickup and drop-off service, and activities could be selected on-site according to our preference. Bibai Snowland was super fun—we had a great time, especially enjoying it together with my nephew! ❄️☃️
