Learn how ingredients are sourced, how soup and toppings are prepared, and what happens before customers arrive each day. Watch a demonstration by the restaurant staff, then make your own bowl of ramen by boiling noodles, learning proper noodle-draining techniques, and assembling your ramen just like a chef.
