Meng Hui Qingcheng Performing Arts Town offers two live theater performances, "Meng Hui Qingcheng" and "Ma Chao Guards Dujiangyan," three themed parades including "Immortal Hero Parade," "Flower Queen Parade," and "Giant Horse Parade," with 200 actors performing over 100 immersive cultural interactions throughout the day. It features six themed areas: Tianfu Playground, Shu Han Legends, Tibetan-Qiang Mysteries, Interstellar Legends, Adventure Garden, and Pet Town, including 30 large-scale amusement rides.
The "Meng Hui Qingcheng" performance revolves around Bashu culture and Dujiangyan water culture, featuring a newly built large lake stage, traditional Chinese silver wire ancient architecture, flying Wia, and other high-tech stage designs, creating an outdoor live performance theater spanning over 20,000㎡. The performance is divided into four chapters: Li Bing's Water Control, Prime Minister of a Thousand Ages, Du Fu's Thatched Cottage, and Lady Huarui. Through vivid stage lighting, traditional Chinese dance, folk music, intangible cultural heritage iron flowers, and equestrian stunts, it presents visitors with a grand Chinese-style show that travels through a thousand years and traces the long river of history.
The "Ma Chao Guards Dujiangyan" performance vividly portrays several Three Kingdoms heroes such as Ma Chao, Zhuge Liang, Liu Bei, and Zhao Zilong, showcasing unique Chinese equestrian stunts like standing on horseback, horseback archery, eight-step cicada catching, and inverted hook. It not only presents exquisite equestrian skills to the audience but also recreates the Three Kingdoms era of "heroes gathering, swift horses galloping, and tigers roaring and dragons singing" through performing arts.
Immortal Hero Grand Parade: The Immortal Hero Parade consists of over 60 NPC characters related to Dujiangyan's history and culture. Led by Taishang Laojun, it includes parade formations such as Shangqing Palace Heavenly General, Green Snake, White Snake, Flower Fairy, Erlang Shen, and God of Wealth, leading visitors to experience Dujiangyan's colorful mythological legends.
Flower Queen Grand Parade: The parade is led by Lady Huarui, gathering twelve flower goddesses, leading visitors into a romantic and beautiful flower god world, and experiencing the charm of traditional Chinese culture.
Golden Giant Horse Grand Parade: The Golden Giant Horse is 9 meters high and 16 meters long, with 102 movable joints throughout its body. It can leap, bow, blink, and neigh, appearing lifelike and full of technological flair.
