Manulife x AIRSIDE Longevity & Wellbeing Fest (“Event”) Terms and Conditions

1.Customers must visit the Activity Location in person and present the QR Code in the confirmation email issued by klook (“E-Ticket”) and follow the instructions to complete the designated steps to participate in the Activity. QR Codes will be scanned as part of the check-in procedure. 2.Event Location: Designated areas at G/F Plaza, 2-3/F, and the 6/F Garden and Sky Deck at AIRSIDE 3.Event Period: 4 September 2026 to 6 September2026, both dates inclusive. 4.Event Time: 10 AM to 8 PM (except during Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, or if the mall is closed for any other reason). 5.Individuals participating in this Event, including any person entering into the Event Location and/or participating in any associated experience and promotions, are collectively referred to as “Participants”. 6.The date, time, venue, number of attendees and structure of the Event may be changed, or the Event may be cancelled for any reason without prior notice or compensation. Please pay attention to any notices on the NF Touch mobile app, the relevant shopping mall’s official mobile app, website, and social media channels (if any), as well as any notices displayed at the relevant venue, for any updates or announcements regarding the Event. 7.The Event is subject to these terms and conditions, the NF Touch Membership Programme Terms and Conditions (see https://www.nftouch.com.hk/en/terms-conditions#terms_and_conditions or the “Settings” page of the NF Touch mobile app), and other applicable terms and conditions. 8.The Event comprises various activities and experiences under the following four themes: MOVE Well, CHAT Well, Well Market, and Emo House. Save and except for the MOVE Well Classes, participation in the other activities and experiences does not require a ticket. For details of the MOVE Well Classes, please refer to the event page at https://bit.ly/4aV6ASO (“Event Page”). The details of the MOVE Well Classes may be varied at any time without prior notice. 9.To participate in a MOVE Well Class, Participants must obtain a ticket (“Ticket”) through the channels specified on the Event Page. Ticket prices may be subject to promotional offers from time to time. Any such promotional offers are subject to availability and may be extended, varied, suspended, or withdrawn by Nan Fung Loyalty Program Limited, any of its group companies and/or their respective agents (collectively, “Nan Fung”) at their discretion. 10.Each Ticket is only valid during the designated time period specified on the Ticket. The said time period cannot be changed. Participants shall arrive at the relevant venue 10 minutes before the commencement of the designated time period. The Tickets are subject to the Terms and Conditions applicable to the Tickets and other applicable terms and conditions. 11.All Tickets will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis while quota lasts. 12.All Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, transferred or traded for cash, other products, gifts or services. 13.Each Participant who successfully registers for and attends a MOVE Well Class is entitled to receive one wellness goodie bag, subject to availability and the Goodie Bag Terms and Conditions (see https://bit.ly/4fuivIy). 14.Participants aged 12 or below must be accompanied by one (1) parent or legal guardian aged 18 or above. 15.All procedures must be completed in accordance with the instructions of the staff of Nan Fung and/or the organizer of the relevant activities (“Organizer”). The onsite staff may require Participants to provide identification document(s) and/or other personal data (which may include but are not limited to their name, age, membership information and/or payment/credit card information) for verification of their eligibility, payment purposes and/or auditing purposes (as the case may require). Certain documents and information provided may be scanned or photocopied for internal record. A Participant may refuse to provide the requisite information, but the relevant staff may not be able to carry out the relevant procedure for the Participant or may even have to disqualify the Participant from the Event or any part thereof in that case. 16.Before providing any personal data, Participants shall thoroughly read and accept the Privacy Policy (https://www.nftouch.com.hk/en/terms-conditions#privacy_policy), (if applicable) Personal Information Protection Law Privacy Policy (https://m1.nftouch.com.hk/app/TnC/Privacy-Policy-under-PIPL-EN.pdf) and Personal Information Collection Statement (https://www.nftouch.com.hk/en/terms-conditions#personal_information) of Nan Fung. A Participant below the age of 18 must consult his/her parent/legal guardian regarding the relevant Privacy Policies, Personal Information Collection Statement and terms and conditions, and duly obtain the consent of his/her parent/legal guardian to his/her provision of personal information. 17.Participants must ensure that all information they submit is genuine and correct. 18.Participation in the Event must be carried out in accordance with the instructions of the onsite staff. 19.The Event (including all MOVE Well Classes, products, materials, tools, gifts and prizes (if any)) is organized/provided by third-party Organizer(s) or suppliers. Nan Fung and Manulife (International) Limited (“Manulife”) give no guarantee or warranty in relation to the Event (including but not limited to the content, facilities, relevant materials, finished products and services). Nan Fung and Manulife shall have no liability and shall not be held responsible or liable for any complaints, claims, loss or damage related to the Event whatsoever, including or any other aspects of the Event. 20.Participants acknowledge and accept all risks associated with the participation in the Event and confirm that their physical condition is suitable for participating in the Event. 21.Participants agree that their participation in the Event is at their own risk. Participants shall be responsible for their safety, the safety of the person(s) they are accompanying (including any children) and their respective personal belongings, and shall not cause any danger, injuries or nuisance, etc. to others or the property of others. 22.Nan Fung and Manulife shall not be responsible or liable for any illness, injuries or damage/loss of property (including but not limited to liabilities, claims, demands or damages actual or consequential, disclosed or undisclosed, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected) caused by or in connection with the Event (including any materials, facilities and the finished products), and Participants shall be solely responsible for all such risks, liabilities, claims, demands and/or damages. Participants hereby waive any related claim or cause of action against Nan Fung and Manulife, and release them from such liabilities. If a Ticket holder designates another person to participate in the Event (subject to the approval of Nan Fung and the Organizer) (“Designated Person”), the Ticket holder and the Designated Person shall be jointly and severally responsible for all such liabilities, claims, demands and/or damages arising out of or in connection with any act, default, neglect or omission of the Designated Person (including but not limited to liabilities, claims, demands or damages actual or consequential, disclosed or undisclosed, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected), and shall indemnify and hold harmless Nan Fung, Manulife and the Organizer in respect of the same. 23.The Event may be photographed and/or video-recorded by Nan Fung and/or Manulife. Participants agree to be photographed and/or video-recorded during the process and hereby agree to the use (including dissemination or publication) of such photographs and/or videos by Nan Fung and Manulife for commercial or promotion purposes. 24.All images on the NF Touch mobile app and marketing collaterals are for reference only. 25.If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or “extreme conditions” announced by the Government is in force 3 hours before any particular activity/experience is scheduled to begin, that activity/experience will be cancelled or postponed. Participants should refer to NF Touch and/or the relevant shopping mall’s mobile app, official website and/or social media channels and/or notices posted at the venue for updates. Nan Fung reserves the right of final decision on all arrangements. 26.Nan Fung reserves the right to modify the structure and content of the Event at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to: any content of the mobile app or website; the redemption/purchase method; these terms and conditions; other items; and/or termination of the Event. Participants should read the latest information about the Event, including the latest version of these terms and conditions, before participating in the Event. Whenever a Participant participates in the Event, he/she confirms that he/she has accepted all relevant changes to the structure and content of the Event. Nan Fung will not be responsible/liable for any loss and/or damage resulting from changes to the structure and/or content, including any alteration and/or update of the terms and conditions. 27 .In case of any disputes, Nan Fung reserves the right of final decision. 28 .By participating in the Event, the shopper hereby confirms his/her acceptance of all terms and conditions of the Event and the Privacy Policy(ies) and Personal Information Collection Statement of Nan Fung. If a shopper is below the age of 18, he/she confirms that he/she has consulted his/her parent/legal guardian regarding the relevant Privacy Policy(ies), Personal Information Collection Statement and terms and conditions, and has duly obtained the consent of the parent/legal guardian to his/her provision of personal information and his/her participation in the Event. 29 .No person other than the relevant Ticket holder, Participant, Nan Fung, Manulife and the Organizer will have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefits of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions. 30.The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail wherever there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions. 31.These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”) and all parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

• If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or "extreme conditions" announced by the Government is in force 3 hours before the event commences, the event will be cancelled or postponed.
