• The Palace Museum: The Tickets must be reserved under a real name 7 days in advance, with limited availability. The actual schedule will be adjusted based on the confirmed reservation times.
• Due to limited ticket availability, we cannot guarantee successful reservations. In the event of reservation failure or closure, a refund for the Forbidden City ticket will be provided: CNY 40 per person in the off season and CNY 60 per person in the peak season, along with guided commentary at the Forbidden City entrance and complimentary admission to Jingshan Park.
