• Park Equipment Upgrade Notice: Dear visitors: To enhance the park experience, POP MART City Park will close certain areas for equipment upgrades starting from April 15, 2025. During the upgrade period, MOLLY’s Castle, Bubble Street, and Delicious Discovery will operate normally. For information on the opening status of performances, amusement rides, dining, and photo spots, please refer to official announcements. • Facial Recognition Verification Notice: Dear visitors: Starting from July 30, 2026, this park will use facial recognition technology to verify ticket products. The park entrance and amusement rides support facial recognition verification. For areas such as the Carnival, restaurants, and Qiqudou Playroom, please present the QR code for verification. Please keep your order QR code properly during your visit. If you do not wish to use facial recognition technology for entry, you may choose other verification methods (e.g., entering through manual ticket gates). Visitors under the age of sixteen who use facial recognition technology for entry must be accompanied by their legal guardian. By entering through the facial recognition channel, you agree to the park’s collection and use of relevant personal information for identity verification purposes. This entry notice may be adjusted according to operational needs. If there are other mandatory legal provisions, the relevant legal provisions shall prevail.
