The driver will help with your luggage, and you just need to let the driver take a photo of the ticketing QR code before taking your seat. The seats offer generous legroom, taking you directly to downtown Hanoi. A cheap and convenient choice.

after queuing 45mins to clear immigration, just simply pick up your bag which was already waiting by the side of the belt, walk out of the small arrival hall towards pillar 14, and an attendant wearing an orange t-shirt will be there. show him your qr code, and he will scan it and just board the bus. It's fast and simple especially when we did not change to vnd, and only did so when we arrive in Hanoi city as there wasn't any VP bank ATM at the airport.

booking this bus and finding right outside the aiport is just amazing. definetly book it if u want to go to airport or to hanoi old quarter. Make sure u be at the designated bus stand. Bus comes at regular interval. only 50k vietnamese dong is worth every penny rather than booking grab which might cost u 22 dollar or 650k vietnamese dong. The drivers are really helpful and wont ask u single question if u show them voucher of klook even u catch the bus on other timings.

As soon as I came out of the airport, I saw staff members wearing orange clothes, so it was easy to find them. There are a lot of people on the bus, so you need to go quickly and sit down. They helped me load my luggage. Once you go and sit down, they come around to collect the bus fare.

The service was excellent, very good, and perfect for traveling to and from the city center. A staff member came directly to scan the e-ticket at pillar 15 on the 1st floor.

Very easy to locate, the bus is right outside the arrival gates. The bus driver was assistive of my luggage. Bus is not crowded.

The bus was on time. We were supposed to go by 10:25 but unfortunately, we didn't hop on as scheduled. Thankfully, the bus marshall said that there is an 11 am bus and just a few minutes after the 10:25 bus left, there was another one that came.
