after queuing 45mins to clear immigration, just simply pick up your bag which was already waiting by the side of the belt, walk out of the small arrival hall towards pillar 14, and an attendant wearing an orange t-shirt will be there. show him your qr code, and he will scan it and just board the bus. It's fast and simple especially when we did not change to vnd, and only did so when we arrive in Hanoi city as there wasn't any VP bank ATM at the airport.

The service was excellent, very good, and perfect for traveling to and from the city center. A staff member came directly to scan the e-ticket at pillar 15 on the 1st floor.

Easy access to the city center and Old Quarter. On-time bus departures. A budget-friendly way to travel to Hanoi.

The bus was on time. We were supposed to go by 10:25 but unfortunately, we didn't hop on as scheduled. Thankfully, the bus marshall said that there is an 11 am bus and just a few minutes after the 10:25 bus left, there was another one that came.

Although I didn't arrive exactly on time, the journey was comfortable and cool. After showering and dragging my luggage to the bus stop, I ended up sweating so much while waiting for the bus that it was all for nothing.

Upon arriving at the airport, bus stop 86 was conveniently located right outside the exit, making it easy to find. When I showed the staff my QR code, they immediately directed me inside where I waited in the cool air conditioning until the bus departed. We arrived at Hanoi Station in about an hour. It was very comfortable! It was really great that I could ride even without small change before exchanging currency!

Easy to see where the bus is because of its color and very accessible since it was just parked across arrival. I just hope they can speak basil english so we can understand each other

We were going to book a grab initially but saw this bus at the airport (very easy to spot) and we booked the activity at klook which easily got confirmed. The ride was hassle free, there is also room inside the bus for our large suitcases.

Exit on the first floor, cross the pedestrian crossing once at pillar A16, and you can board immediately. You can also board with just a QR code.

The ride was smooth, the driver was also thoughtful to asked if im okay standing. just that if you have a flight to catch on you need take an earlier time to have enough allowance bcs the bus doesnt come on time as scheduled perhaps due to traffic. 😚
