We're Nina, Yang and Alan, three Shanghai locals who bond over good food. We started Shang Kitchen because we wanted to share what Shanghai tastes like, not the restaurant version, but the home version.
About the Experience
Your afternoon starts at our local market, where we pick fresh ingredients together. Back in the kitchen, you’ll make three iconic Shanghai home dishes from scratch: handmade dumplings, scrambled eggs with tomato, and smashed cucumber salad.
Then we enjoy it all together, paired with Chinese herbal tea.
