This is crab zosui. We also offer Japanese cuisine using seasonal ingredients.
Our restaurant's rice uses red vinegar. Red vinegar is a matured vinegar with a rich flavor, sweetness, and special aroma.
This is fatty tuna (otoro), medium fatty tuna (chutoro), and lean tuna (akami). We use the most delicious parts available on that day.
