- Adult ticket: above 1.4 meters
- Child ticket: 1.2 meters (inclusive) to 1.39 meters
- Each paying adult is limited to bringing 1 child under 1.2 meters (exclusive) for free admission.
- Recommended booking period: 5-10 days in advance during peak season, 1-3 days in advance during off-peak season.
- Order effective rules: Effective immediately after successful confirmation
- In case of force majeure factors such as severe weather or equipment maintenance, the scenic area may temporarily adjust open projects and times. Please refer to the on-site announcements of the scenic area for details.
- It is not advisable to soak in hot springs for a long time. People with skin allergies, pregnant women, those who have recently undergone surgery, and individuals with high blood pressure or heart disease should enter the park with caution.
- Pets are not allowed in the park.
- Swimsuits are required for hot springs.
- The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
- Tickets are valid for the day of purchase. Re-entry after exiting the park requires a new ticket purchase.
- Redemption method: Enter the park directly by verifying the original document used for appointment registration + the official electronic voucher QR code, no need to exchange for a physical ticket.
- Admission voucher: Original valid ID used for reservation (ID card / passport / Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan travel permit)

The water of Lewan International Hot Spring is sourced from 3000 meters underground, with an outlet temperature as high as 71℃ and a daily water output of 1440m³. It is a metasilicic acid spring, rich in various minerals and trace elements beneficial to the human body, offering health benefits such as promoting blood circulation, strengthening the body, and nourishing the skin. The hot spring area integrates European and Southeast Asian garden styles, featuring six major functional sections including indoor and outdoor hot spring areas, a traditional Chinese medicine health center, and a 3D cinema.
