- Child ticket: for people between 1.2 meters and 1.5 meters tall
- Children under 1.0 meter are free (one adult is limited to bringing two free children).
- Recommended booking period: 5-10 days in advance during peak season, 1-3 days in advance during off-peak season.
- Order effective rules: Effective immediately after successful confirmation
- The water park has been permanently closed since October 15, 2019. Please be aware.
- Hot springs are not suitable for prolonged soaking. Individuals with skin allergies, pregnant women, those who have recently undergone surgery, and patients with high blood pressure or heart disease should exercise caution.
- Elderly individuals over 80 years old bathing in hot springs must be accompanied by family members throughout the entire process.
- The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
- Redemption method: Enter directly with the official electronic voucher QR code, no need to exchange for a physical ticket.
- Admission voucher: Original valid ID used for reservation (ID card / passport / Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan travel permit)
