Important Notes & Regulations

Regarding Queue Vouchers:

• Vouchers are limited. If you fail to obtain a voucher, you cannot receive the free souvenir.
• Without the Organizer's consent, vouchers, souvenirs, or any exhibition-related content may not be resold or used for promotional purposes.
• Queue vouchers are valid only for the designated date, time, and location. Once successfully obtained, the redemption time, location, and other details cannot be changed or replaced.
• Strict Real-Name System, Limited to one registration and one voucher per person. Using multiple accounts, different phone numbers, or emails to duplicate registrations is strictly prohibited.
• If the system or staff discover one individual holding two or more vouchers, all related vouchers will be voided immediately without notice.
• Vouchers are non-transferable and must be redeemed by the registrant in person. No proxies or letters of authorization will be accepted. Please ensure you can queue in person before registering.
• Safeguard your voucher. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be reissued or replaced by the Organizer or Klook.
• Free souvenirs will be distributed randomly; specific styles or characters cannot be requested or specified.
• Souvenirs are promotional items and not for sale. Once distributed, no exchanges or compensation will be provided for damage, defects, or personal preference.
• The registered ticket holder shall be the sole party responsible for the collection of the free souvenirs; therefore, no requests for reissuance, replacement, or rescheduling will be accepted for any personal reasons or external disruptions, including but not limited to lateness, or the delay, suspension, and cancellation of any land, air, or sea transportation services.

Redemption Guidelines:

• Eligibility requires both a valid voucher and proof of following the designated social media accounts.
• Failure to redeem during the specified slot results in automatic forfeiture. To avoid congestion, participants arriving more than 15 minutes early will not be allowed into the queuing area.
• No "cutting in" or joining friends already in the queue. If a group wishes to redeem together, the entire group must enter the queue once all members have arrived.
• No Loitering. Behavior that causes distress to others (e.g., lingering, gathering around the venue, or swapping souvenirs in a way that blocks passages) may lead to disqualification.
• Holding spots in the queue with objects is prohibited. Leaving the queue constitutes forfeiture of your position.
• The Organizer will not mediate personal disputes between participants in the queue.
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by a guardian to redeem the souvenir.
• Unauthorized distribution of promotional materials or sales activities at the redemption point is prohibited.
• The Organizer reserves the right to pursue claims for losses caused by unruly, indecent, or disruptive behavior.
• By participating, you consent to being photographed or filmed by the Organizer for promotional purposes.
• All queue vouchers obtained through Klook are legitimate and comply with the terms of Klook and the Organizer. Klook cannot guarantee the authenticity of any queue vouchers obtained through channels other than Klook.
• Registrants who fail to redeem their gift with valid identification documents during the specified redemption period will be deemed to have waived their right to the gift.
• Registrants must be registered users of the distribution platform, Klook; otherwise, their eligibility will be cancelled.
• Personal information provided by registrants will be used solely for purposes related to this event.
• The Organizer shall not be held liable for any event interruptions or missing gifts caused by force majeure or other unforeseen factors.
• If the event is cancelled due to weather, force majeure, or other circumstances, all related queue vouchers will become void immediately. The Organizer will not host another redemption session.
• Participation in this activity constitutes acceptance of all the above Terms and Conditions. The Organizer reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• The Organizer reserves the right to refuse a queue voucher at any time without reissuing, replacing, or providing compensation if, at its sole discretion, it believes:
• The voucher is being used for commercial or other unauthorized purposes;
• There is a violation or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions; and/or
• The Organizer deems the circumstances require such action.
• Right of Interpretation: The right to interpret these Terms and Conditions rests solely with the Organizer. The results of such interpretation shall be final and conclusive.
