We came here after watching the Rabsarb channel's travel show and following the game they played. This is one of the three largest dinosaur museums in the world. Once inside, you realize how truly massive it is, with a vast collection of dinosaur bones from all over the globe (including some from Thailand; when we visited, we even found a separate Thai zone). Besides dinosaurs, there are also bones of other ancient animals and various minerals to admire. If you want to read all the information thoroughly, you should arrive quite early because there's a lot to see. However, if you prefer a more relaxed stroll, coming in the afternoon is perfectly fine. Anyone interested in dinosaurs or paleontology will definitely love it. Adult admission is 1000 yen (the rate we paid on Klook was just over 200 baht). If you have a bag, there are lockers available for 100 yen on the left side after entering the gate.

Good unique experience with well curated dinosaurs artifacts and information. Truly one of the the 3 world best dinosaurs museum. There are also other area within this vicinity since its located in beautiful valley.

Using the ticket was incredibly easy; we skipped the lines entirely by arriving on time and just showing our QR code. The museum is amazing, featuring many dinosaurs, fossils, and life-sized animatronics. There’s an outdoor area that is a bit pricey, but definitely worth the visit. Transportation can be a bit confusing for foreigners, so I recommend planning your route in advance. Don’t forget to take plenty of pictures!

The museum that the kids have been waiting for a long time. Multiple QR codes can be displayed at once, so you don't have to scan them individually. Going at a designated time helps avoid crowds, and you can re-enter the museum. I highly recommend signing up for the dinosaur excavation or dinosaur skull assembly experience on the official dinosaur website. You can also sign up on-site, but the available time slots might be later. For dining, I recommend the restaurant located within the museum's gift shop, though there's a limit of one drink per person.

It was an even more wonderful and enjoyable experience than I imagined. The Jurassic Park-like scenery was a stunning photo spot, and I was captivated by the immersive atmosphere. The parfait was also reasonably priced and delicious, and I was able to browse souvenirs while waiting. It's a good idea to choose an earlier entry time, as you can't enter the building until your designated time and changes aren't possible.

During our recent trip to the Dinosaur Museum in Fukui, we encountered a large crowd due to Japan's consecutive holidays. If you park in the temporary parking lot below, it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the entrance. This time, we purchased tickets in advance on Klook, which made entry very convenient; we just showed the staff the QR code at the entrance. Inside the museum, there are numerous fossil exhibits and a wealth of dinosaur knowledge. Outside, there are also dinosaur-themed play structures, making it a great destination for families.
