The hotel recently opened, and the rooms are clean and very new, though there's still a slight smell of renovation. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes. The hotel's pastry shop makes delicious cakes, and the afternoon tea set is very affordable. The restaurant is perfect for photos. We were celebrating our anniversary, and they prepared a cake for us, which was lovely. All the hotel staff were polite and attentive, except for the employee who handled our check-in. She was unprofessional and didn't smile. We had originally booked two rooms, and by 3 PM, only one was ready. We proactively left our WeChat contact and asked her to notify us when the other room was available. However, after waiting for 1 hour and 45 minutes, around 4:45 PM, we still hadn't heard anything. We went back to the front desk to inquire and were then told that the room was ready. The front desk staff member was very unprofessional and handled the situation poorly.

I'm very satisfied with this hotel! This new international five-star hotel offers an attractive price, including breakfast for two and two business set meals. The hotel lobby has an elegant feel, and the room, at over 400 square feet, is quite spacious! The room's facilities are quite modern and very clean. The breakfast offers a wide variety of food. The location is convenient, as the hotel is about an 8-10 minute walk from Gongbei Port, and it only takes about 12-15 minutes to call a car to the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. Shopping is also very convenient downstairs; a new large shopping mall called 'Guanghehui' opened next to the hotel on May 30th, offering a wide selection of restaurants and shops. The hotel staff are friendly and polite!

This was my first time visiting Gongbei, and the hotel room was new, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The city view twin room offered a beautiful sunset view, which was great! The heated pool was also nice, and the breakfast had a good variety and quality, with six to seven types of fruit, which was excellent. What I appreciated most was the special dessert, made fresh to order – it was delicious! It would be even better if the restaurant's air conditioning were a bit stronger. The hotel is a five to ten-minute walk from Gongbei Port, making it convenient for a trip to Macau.

This is my fourth stay at this hotel since it opened, and it's incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and entertainment near Gongbei Port. They also have a heated swimming pool and an all-you-can-eat dinner, which is excellent value. Perhaps because it's summer, there were more tourists, and we had to wait for a table at breakfast, which was just average. This time, I had a room with a view, and the environment was great. It's a perfect choice for a relaxing getaway, and I'll definitely be back again.

The hotel has been open for a few months. The Guanghehui shopping mall downstairs is very large with many restaurants and shops, and there's also a Hema Fresh supermarket. It's super close to the Gongbei Port. I appreciate that the rooms are spacious and have bathtubs. There's a gym and a swimming pool on the 15th floor, and the reception lobby is on the 16th floor. The breakfast is also quite good. For around 700 yuan, this price is definitely worth it!

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a shopping mall, and it's very close to the Gongbei Port for Macau. However, the swimming pool is quite small. The Chinese dinner offers a good variety of dishes, and the food quality is decent. When booking, despite multiple communications with the hotel through your platform: 1) We requested a high-floor, non-smoking room, but the hotel could only provide a mid-level room on the 18th floor (which can't really be considered mid-level, as guest rooms start from the 16th floor). 2) We booked a twin room for three people, so we paid extra for an additional bed for both days. However, many toiletries and beverages were only provided for two people (such as water, tea bags, coffee capsules, coffee cups, water glasses, toothpaste, toothbrushes, towels, etc.). I had to call the hotel myself to request these items be delivered to my room. On the second day, after housekeeping, I expected them to replenish enough daily necessities and beverages, but again, only a two-person quantity was provided. I had to call the hotel again to request the missing items. 3) The non-smoking room requested during booking still had a strong smell of smoke, requiring the hotel to provide an air purifier for the room.

Absolutely first-class. Great location, new hotel, and breakfast was impeccable. We had 30 people staying in 12 rooms, and the hotel's arrangements were very thoughtful.
