1. Haixinsha Science Island: Closed on Mondays. Advance reservation is required for free admission; access to the island is not permitted without a reservation. Daily visitor flow is limited by time slots, available on a first-come, first-served basis until fully booked. 2. Xpeng Smart Manufacturing Plant: Reservations must be made in advance; no entry without a reservation, and on-site ticket purchases are not accepted. Entry requirements: Real-name reservation + original ID card for entry. Note: Screenshots / electronic ID cards are invalid.
3. Xpeng Smart Manufacturing Plant: Production in the workshop may be suspended on weekends, so only the exhibition hall can be visited, and the operation of the core production line cannot be seen.
4. Xpeng Smart Manufacturing Plant: Age limit: 7–65 years old; infants and young children under 3 years old are not recommended to enter the plant (due to high noise and compact processes).
5. Xpeng Smart Manufacturing Plant: Please follow the guide throughout the tour, do not leave the group, do not enter non-visiting areas without authorization, do not cross warning lines, strictly prohibit touching equipment, taking photos, and strictly prohibit smoking.

7. Important note: Foreigners driving motor vehicles within China must hold a valid Chinese temporary driving permit.
8. Required materials for foreign travelers applying for a temporary driver's license: ①. "Application Form for Temporary Motor Vehicle Driving Permit" (filled out in Chinese, available at the counter). ②. Passport and valid visa; visa-free travelers must provide the original passport; some regions require a accommodation registration certificate. ③. Original overseas motor vehicle driver's license; a Chinese translation issued by a qualified translation agency is required. ④. Physical condition certificate (medical institution physical examination form, meeting China's driving age and physical requirements). ⑤. Two recent one-inch color ID photos with a white background and no hats. ⑥. Please prepare the required materials for the documents in advance, and bear the relevant document processing fees yourself.
9. Temporary Driving Permit Application Process: Go to the Vehicle Management Office to get a number, submit documents, attend a 3-hour traffic safety study (mandatory), and after completing the study, collect the temporary driving permit (validity: the first one is usually 3 months).
10. Recommended location for temporary driver's license processing: Guangzhou Public Security Bureau Traffic Police Detachment Vehicle Management Office (multiple branches, advance appointment is recommended). It is advisable to make an appointment 3-5 working days in advance through the "Guangzhou Traffic Police" WeChat official account to avoid delaying your trip.
11. Pony.ai Operating Area: Covers the main urban areas of Tianhe District and Haizhu District in Guangzhou. Service Hours: 7:30-22:30. Experience Process: Open the "Pony.ai" App or Mini Program, select the departure and destination points, choose the “driverless vehicle” pickup preference, scan the code to unlock the vehicle, and confirm your identity.
