Prohibitions & Limitations
- This activity is not recommended for anyone with impaired physical mobility
- This activity is not recommended for pregnant women
- Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed
- Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
- Pets are prohibited
- Please be mindful not to feed the marine / wild animals or engage in any activity that may damage the ecosystem
- It is your responsibility to inform the operator if you have any special health conditions. The operator is not responsible for any adverse effects which may arise from any treatment.
- Smelly food (e.g. durian) is not allowed in the facility

- Passenger capacity: 8 passengers excluding the driver
- The driver has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued
- Luggage storage and delivery services are not provided

Confirmation
- You'll get confirmation within 24 hours. If you don't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.
Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
- Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
- Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded
- Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
- Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 30 minutes or more
- The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
