- Standard Luggage Size: 61cm. Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces
- Pets and large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags cannot be accommodated
- You may bring more luggage if the number of passengers is less than the limit (e.g. bring up to 10 pieces of standard sized luggage if there are only 5 passengers in a van)
- The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

Surcharge table
- All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver

- MYR 15 per person (Group of 1-3) for Kota Kinabalu surrounding areas
- Additional hours:
- MYR50 (Sedan and MPV) per hour per hour
- MYR80 (Minivan) per hour per hour
- An additional night service charge of 50% of the original price will apply if you booked the transfer between 22:00-05:00, to be paid in cash directly to the driver

Our handsome tour guide "Jeff" is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We rented a sedan for only 3 hrs but we are comfortable enough to look around for a very short period of time. This is highly recommended.
We were assigned William as our driver and guide. William proactively introduced attractions as we drove past them. He was also very helpful in taking many photos for us throughout the trip. On the way back to the city, we were caught in a traffic jam and needed to add an extra hour. While he could have simply dropped us off at the original destination—which would have meant paying an extra hour for only about a 30-minute drive—he instead took us on a mini city tour, pointing out key landmarks around Kota Kinabalu. He extended the route and eventually dropped us off about 1.5 hours later, while only charging us for one additional hour.

We were there during Muslim public holiday and Chinese new year so if you're not in KK Central it's not that easy to catch grab. having this organised beforehand is handy if you don't want to he stranded:)the tour operator checked out lion Dance time for us as we wanted to experience CNY in kk
Our driver, Tommy, was very friendly and helpful. He drove carefully and efficiently, and we were able to get around to our desired locations in a short amount of time. He understood my poor English and gave us simple directions using a translation app.

Convenient way to move around. We specifically booked to go to Mari² Village. Our driver, M was polite and very knowledgeable, telling us the history etc of Sabah and offered to stop us anywhere we wanted to go. Car was clean and comfy as well.
Highly recommend this we had the van around 6 hours to take us around kota kinbula Jeff our guide and our driver were fantastic and full of information the van was spotless and beautifully air conditioned we would definitely use them again when we come back

I booked a round trip from my hotel to the Rafflesia Information Centre. It was quite a mountain road, but it was very comfortable with careful driving. I was able to reach my destination smoothly.
I made a mistake by booking a local tour instead of a suburban tour, but the company solved the problem clearly and politely through WA. Also, the driver made a very careful tour and took us to all the places we wanted to go. Thank you, Vincent.
