What to expect
Put your comfort in the hands of an experienced and professional driver. Get from Shenzhen to Hong Kong or back in ease at the back of a MPV. Upon landing at the Arrival Hall of the airport, you will see your driver awaiting with a sign of your name. You will then be taken to your vehicle that is conveniently parked inside the terminal. After getting into your vehicle, an air conditioned Toyota Alphard MPV that can accommodate up to six passengers, all you have to do is relax as your driver begins the journey to Hong Kong. All transfers are one-way, for the return journey, simply make a second booking for your chosen route.

- Car brand: Toyota Alphard or similar
- Group of 6 passenger(s) or less
- Oversized and excess baggage are subjected to the availability of storage space on the vehicle and may be caused a surcharge, you can make the special request upon checkout
- For the capacity of 6 passengers can check in a maximum 4 pieces of luggage and 2 hand carry.
Luggage Information
- Standard Luggage Size: 55cm x 35cm x 22cm. Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces
Booking Requirements
- All passengers must have their travel documents (passports, ID cards, valid visas) ready prior to boarding
Additional information
- Booking must be made at least 8 hours before scheduled pick up time
- Baby seat is not available
- When No. 3 Typhoon signal is raised in Hong Kong, the service will still be available, should any guests require it. However, there will be an additional fee of CNY200 for transfers to Shenzhen City or CNY400 for transfers to Shenzhen Airport
- If No. 8 or above typhoon signal is raised, all services will be suspended
- From December 2017 onwards, all passengers traveling from Hong Kong to China are required to get off the vehicle with their luggage before crossing the border on foot. After you've crossed the border, the vehcile will be waiting for you at the "Inbound Car Pick Up area"
- Regular service hours: 00:00-23:59
Surcharge table
- All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
- Additional stops:
- CNY100 per stop
- Additional waiting time:
- CNY200 per hour
- CNY100 for services from 06:00-08:00 and 22:00-00:00
- CNY200 each way for service 00:00-06:00
- Surcharge may be applied for remote areas
- For other areas within Guangdong, please kindly send email to support@klook.com with your pick up and drop off point
- If the waiting time exceeds 30 minutes, RMB 200 will be charged for the first hour. If the waiting time exceeds the second hour, the service will be deemed to have been used.

i saw one comment about uncontactable driver. but dont worry, klook/HK operator will email or whatsapp or wechat you within 12hrs before the booking. my booking was 6pm, 15th june x 2 cars. i received the driver details 8pm 14th june. driver are extremely helpful, hongkonger but speaks mandarin and english. i highly recommend everyone to book the services. they deserved more jobs as they r extremely hardworking.

Once you have confirmed the time, you can place the order directly. The only thing is that the customer service did not contact me until 2 hours before the departure day, which was a bit thrilling. I asked Klook customer service to help contact the supplier before, but they did not get in touch. I communicated with the driver about the time later and it can be adjusted appropriately, which is more flexible. I arrived at the destination on time in 2 hours. It is very convenient to travel with the elderly and children. I will use it again next time!

It was the first time I booked a round trip. The driver was the same Master Ye. He was friendly and considerate. He added WeChat with the cooperative merchant in advance and the contact was smooth on the same day. It was also very fast to go to Huanggang Port. Compared with the high-speed rail, you have to go through many layers of customs. Chartering a car is really a comfortable and efficient choice for a group trip/business trip
