Tokyo Tea Ceremony & Matcha Making at TIA Asakusa Shop

This was such a lovely experience! Elina was so passionate about the team making and explaining every step as well as ensuring I was having a good time. After she even offered to take picture of me as I was wearing a Yukata that came out lovely! I would definitely recommend this experience! especially coupled with a kimono rental!

Great setting, great instructor. Moe was great in teaching us the background of tea ceremonies. We only had 4 in our group but we made great matcha from the direction of Moe.

Great staff. Very organized. We purchased the kimono tea ceremony with hairstyling. They dressed us up and performed a casual instructional tea ceremony. Afterwards we were able to walk around town for hours dressed in kimonos and getas. My family loved it. Highly recommend.

Elina was our teacher and she was so nice and we learned a lot from her. We rented the kimonos and it was a process to put it on. This made me respect the culture even more. I really appreciate the staff that took their time with us and that were so kind to me and my family. This is the place to book you’ll enjoy it. Definitely a great experience.
