Klom Kaya Spa and Massage at Homprung by Baihor in Bangkok

This place is located a little off Sampeng Lane. There are no other shops nearby, giving it a hidden gem feel. The first floor is a very stylish cafe, and you check in for massages at the back of the cafe. While the massage rooms aren't luxurious, they are very clean and comfortable. There's no healing music playing, but unlike typical Thai massage places, there's no chitchat between therapists; any necessary conversation is done in hushed tones, which was a thoughtful touch. The massage itself was excellent. I'd had shoulder blade and lower back pain for several months, but it's now lighter and I can move more easily. They worked along the "sen" lines, loosening stiff muscles. Even though I have thin skin and am sensitive to pain, there was almost no excessive pressure, and I felt they accurately targeted the sen lines.

I had a 60-minute foot massage booked. It's a bit hard to find, which makes it a hidden gem. The massage was on the second floor, and there were two cafes on the first floor, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. I was pleasantly surprised that the massage included my thighs! It's close to Sampeng Market, so if you're tired from walking, I highly recommend a relaxing massage here. The price was affordable, and it felt wonderful.
