AWAY Spa by W Bangkok

I thought it would be difficult to make a reservation since I purchased the voucher the day before, but I contacted them by email and they were able to help me. It's within walking distance of Chongnosi Station, so I think it's easy to get to. As soon as I entered the hotel, a staff member noticed me and guided me to the spa. I was very impressed with their polite guidance. The spa staff were also very kind. They treated us politely even though our English is limited. The entrance and the room where we received the treatment were both very clean. The technique was excellent. To be honest, it was a little pricey, but it was worth the splurge. I wish I had given them a bigger tip...I'd definitely like to visit again.

This price includes a 90min massage and 30min facial or body scrub. W Bangkok is no exception to this, a buoyant style with a W feel. SILOM LINE that I don't usually get off at Saint Louis.. A business district with Mahanakhon Tower? Even if you take the elevator on the 1st floor to the 6th floor where the spa is located, you can't go up without a card key. . I wish I had paid attention to that. The spa itself is reasonably comfortable, DAVINES is the best. It is a pity that there is no changing room and that the hammam was not available.

It was a luxurious experience! I'm not very good at English, so I was grateful that I was able to reserve the menu in advance. Communication with the staff was in English, but it was simple English so there was no problem. I want to go again!

If you are going to stay the W hotel, must to try the spa here!

Very good service, staff willl ask for prefered color and concentrate on a certain part. After treatment, the refreshment are hot ginger tea and fried apricot, very attention to detaild that refill ginger tea for me. Will go again for next trip.

After booking on Klook, I sent my preferred dates/times (either the ○th at 11:00 AM or 11:30 AM), and they replied that 10:00 AM was possible. I emailed to ask if 10:30 AM was okay, and they said it was, but their reply also stated that they wanted me to arrive 45 minutes before the reservation time to ensure a smooth experience and that I could enjoy the sauna and spa. When I arrived at 9:45 AM, I was only given a consultation and was immediately guided to the treatment. When I asked about the sauna, since that was different from what I expected, I was told that I could enjoy the sauna after the treatment and that the hammam would be available from 1:00 PM. The treatment itself was good, but the lack of clear information was disappointing.

This is my second time here. The mini facial was refreshing , the massage technique was beyond my expectations. Overall, the experience was great!

I used it after checking out and before going to the airport. They were very friendly, the facilities were good, and I was very satisfied with the massage. I will use it next time I have the chance.

I always use it comfortably. However, in the past, reservation times were confirmed the day before via WhatsApp or email, but these days, it seems that it takes a little longer and there are more cases of being late for the appointment time.
