"I highly recommend this team for anyone visiting Amsterdam. The planning was stress free coupled with prompt response and clear instructions. Most importantly our guide was outstanding. She was flexible, professional, patient and always willing to go extra mile.

The one-day tour experience was very bad. Thankfully, the weather was good, which kept me from getting too annoyed. There were two major issues: (1) Severe driver lateness and chaotic pickup: The scheduled pickup was at 9:30 AM, but the driver didn't let passengers board until around 10:10 AM. During this time, the driver did not pull up to the hotel entrance (even though it was accessible), but instead parked on the adjacent street, causing passengers to wait and search. (2) Severely shortened itinerary, completely inconsistent with the description: Official description: Expected departure 8:00–8:30 AM, return 6:00–6:30 PM. Actual situation: Departed at 10:10 AM, but returned to the hotel before 6:00 PM (again, dropped off on the adjacent street). This resulted in only a 1.5-hour stay at the Windmill Village and only a 20-minute stay at the Lego Town. We paid the same amount, but due to the driver's personal lateness and early finish, the passengers' rights were severely compromised!
